Great TV at great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very happy with the quality of the TV at bargain price. Samsung live comes with many programs, I use mostly music related channels. The only issue I have is the speed of the Apps. For example, if I go back to an APP that I previously ran, it takes a while to response.
Limited features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New technology! Only 3 HDMI connections. No way to connect old surround sound system. I called the company, and they told me I had to order a sound bar, there is no way to connect my exciting surround sound system. So, returned the TV. I bought an Insignia that has the connections I need to connect my surround sound system.

GREAT TV HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I absolutely love this television, GREAT PICTURE, GREAT SOUND, smart TV Features work great, like navigating through the apps, I wish I could of purchased there oled model but I did not have enough money, I highly recommended this television, EXCELLENT PURCHASE. Oh, and it’s GREAT for video games, NO LAG AT ALL.
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL
do not like the very small remote as its hard to use with such small buttons/controls. the volume bar is fussy and also inadvertently mutes sound. Maybe it's a learning curve but to get to regular broadcasting it is not logical . Picture is no better than my 9 year old less smart tv. Would to purchase again.
Hi ROBOCAT, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience. Please know that you can control the volume of your TV by pressing the +/- button up to increase the volume and down to decrease the volume. To mute the sound, press the button. You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. Finally, below are a few settings that I recommend adjusting to improve your picture. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor
Mostly satisfied
Have had my Samsung for a short period. Been satisfied for the most part. Have had a problem with it communicating with an AT&T wireless router. It has decided not to communicate. Then a day later it connects back up. Don’t understand why. Other than that, have enjoyed the TV
Little disappointed
Disappointed. After setting up the TV, everything works fine for about a month and then the TV all of a sudden has no sounds. The TV had to be turned off several times and then the sounds came back. TV works fine and the it happened again few days later with sounds distorted. Restarted the TV again twice, nothing works. Waited few hours as I needed to go out, sounds returned when I got back and turned the unit back on. Obviously there was some defective someone. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to engaged customer service with the issues as I had family issues to take care of. This is my second Sam Sung TV in the house. First one still functioning well purchased 5 yrs ago. I can’t say he same for this latest one even though it supposed to be better than the previous one that I have
Hi P in NY, We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your DU7200 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. I hope this helps. Should your issue persist, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Size
We own several Samsung TV sets. Unfortunately, the build quality of this set is not what I am accustomed to in a Samsung TV. The 45" Samsung set we bought in 2008 and replaced with this one has better picture quality. The colors look washed out, the sound level is stuck at 15, and can be neither raised or lowered. And the flimsy back covering makes the set appear cheap. The price is great for a set this large, but build quality was substantially compromised.

Picture Looks Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased TV as a Christmas gift. It is a 75 inch and fits perfectly in our living room. We couldn't be more happier with the picture quality. I have seen others comment about sound quality, but the sound is not a problem at all. I was looking at the LG, but I'm completely satisfied that I purchased the Samsung. Great price, picture and all of the above.
Beautiful, vivid colors
I bought my TV a month ago. I love the vivid color and the size of the screen I purchased. I do wish Samsung would design their remote with elderly or persons with arthritis in mind. The remote is so small & trim that it is difficult to hold & press the buttons without hitting 2 buttons at a time. I purchased a universal remote that I can operate with less difficulties.
Should have thought it over.
This is new, so working great. But, the reason I had to buy this TV is the main concern. This is my 3rd. Samsung TV in less than 10 years. This is because 2 before this one both had Back light go out. First 1, the entire screen went black just 3 years old. The 2nd. Just the 2nd year in half the screen was going dark. I didn't think about it long enough when I purchased this 1, or I would have bought a different brand. But, I have bought so many other Samsung products I just didn't think it over.
