Great picture and color and the refresh rate works perfectly for playing video games and watching sports.

My only concern while using a separate Roku device, you need to shut off the power button twice, once for the device and once for the TV, which can be inconvenient and frustrating at times.

I have seen others comment about sound quality, but the sound is not a problem at all. I was looking at the LG, but I'm completely satisfied that I purchased the Samsung. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still learning all the features on the TV. I'm a movie buff and love the movie experience in my own home. I stubbled upon some free videos including some related to health and fitness--perfect for new year's resolutions/goals. The TV set-up process was effortless considering the last Samsung tv that i had. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the surround sound is as robust as my previous Samsung tv. I have to really turn up the volume to 30+ for that movie experience. Also, the instructions for connecting an external receiver (with surround sound) are not clear. I will do some more research to figure it out because this TV is still a keeper. This model also has more storage than my previous TV which is another plus so I'm able to add more apps.

Crappy remote. Why no Mic? No access to mic. What was the reason? A basic feature that has been around for a very long time. Can be used with Alexa, oh goody. A device that gets things wrong a large percentage of the time and conversations end with yelling, so yay, put two lacking devices together so a company can save a few pennies. Also nothing intuitive about this interface, regret purchase is a challenge everyday.

I cannot tell the difference between 120HZ vs. 60Hz as we only use TV to watch TV, YouTube and mirror screen. It works fine for almost 6 months. Happy with the purchase and the price.

We are very happy with the quality..the clarity of the picture.. the color and built in streaming options in this TV. We added a new sound bar..also Samsung and the sound is amazing. It’s like a movie theatre experience. Read the reviews… there’s a reason that Samsung is highly rated. There is no competition. We highly recommend Samsung. In our opinion it’s unparalleled in all aspects for what we were looking for in a TV!

I recently purchased a tcl 55” tv. Had to return it because I could not get certain channels we really love to watch. Returned and purchases a Samsung Crystal UHD 7200D tv. We Cannot connect our soundbar. Why why why ???? On earth do you remove certain things people really use? So we have to spend more money?? This world is ridiculous and businesses just go along with it. Sorry. I needed to rant a little but really why?
