3rd go with Samsung

This is my third Samsung television. The picture went out of both in appx 5 years, so I expect this one to do the same. This one has the best picture of course. The remote is small and a bit cumbersome with the basic functions buried in remote. The speaker is a tad weak also. It lacks depth and I frequently use a soundbar to improve it. Basically a decent television and compared to lesser named sets, it is a bit overpriced. I also have a 32" in my bedroom which is only a couple months older than the 50" and it has already shown signs of failure. While I obviously am a Samsung supporter, I can see the quality of the product is going downhill. I will be open to other options when its time to replace these sets which will likely be in the next year or two unfortunately. Based on cost and longevity, I will consider other units.

Good TV, lousy remote.

The tv is fine and the picture is great. My problem is with the remote which is sort of indecipherable Gone are all the familiar ttems like vol. arrows, channel arrows, and basically all words. The control and buttons are too small and trickier to work. I gave up trying to figure it out and just use my internet subscriber remote. Probaly missing out on things but it is what it is.

Never to old to learn

Not what I expected

I bought this DU7200 75 inch a couple weeks ago. All reviews were good is the reason I bought it. Didn't realize it is a very entry level TV. I can't connect my older Bose system to it or my new Bose sound bar because it doesn't have optical or rca connections. I did connect the sound bar via Bluetooth just to find out the sound does not sync with the picture. I even bought an audio converter only to find out it wouldn't work either. wish I had kept my older Samsung that worked perfectly. I just wanted a larger tv. Lesson learned on my part that what seems to be good is not always what you get.

Hi Never to old to learn, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU7200 TV. To address the audio delay, you may want to try the Audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. To activate this feature, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through. WHY did my Spectrum app disappear?

Bought this TV in August 2024. Now just randomly the Spectrum app that we watch Tv through has vanished. Just *POOF* disappeared. Did a reset, still, no Spectrum. I googled the issue and apparently there are A LOT of people who have had this happen. So far no fix. I am ready to donate the tv to a thrift store. Useless. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Disappointed

TV mostly works. There is no Victory Plus app for Samsung. We have difficulty watching the Dallas Stars. And now the Texas Rangers are going to use Victory? If Samsung comes out with an app so that we can watch baseball, I will increase the rating.

Perfect TV for a smaller room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55 inch Samsung TV for my bedroom to replace a 42 Inch Samsung TV that still works, but I felt was too small for my room I just moved into. This is a perfect fit. I love that you can adjust where the legs are to hold the TV, that was a big factor in placement. This is the 5th Samsung TV we have and I will need to replace the Living room 65 inch Samsung to 75 inch or bigger. Can't wait to do that, I know it will be a great fit.

Enjoyed my Samsung

Great clarity and great sound. Easy to set up, Unfortunately tvs last June eliminated some ports and I had to buy new headphones. More unfortunately I accidentally knocked over the tv and now need to buy a new one less than a year later. Screen damaged

75” Samsung TV

75” Samsung TV was a wonderful purchase for our living room. It was so easy to set up and start watching our TV. It also has a great picture and we are totally satisfied with the delivery and the product. We are able to use other great apps with it.

Samsung 65” Crystal UHD7200D TV

Color is fantastic, lots o added content and free shows and movies. Do not like the remote. No way to enter station number directly instead of going station by station on the guide. Trying to scan “all stations “ is difficult. Yes I would buy again, in fact I did buy the same TV, in slightly smaller size.

Extremely Disappointed

The size and price of the television was a good value. However, the remote control is extremely difficult to use and actually prevents us from watching the television at all. We purchased this one for our bedroom and we’re going to get a larger for our family room. We definitely won’t be buying another disaster like this.
