Sound/Audio Issue.

We've had the Samsung TV since June 2024. The picture is very good. We've had some trouble with the audio/sound. When changing channels, sometimes the sound "pops" and we lose sound on the new channel. If we turn the TV off for a few seconds and turn it back on, the sound returns to normal. I plan to call Samsung customer/technical service to discuss this issue the next time we experience the problem.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is used in my living room. Great picture. Color is amazing. Just set up so not familiar with all the features. Can't wait to try the gaming it looks amazing with the dynamics and color. Will have to take down though have learned not to put a tv up again till trying on floor first. Has an huge oblong mark looks like a puddle within the bottom of the screen. Can't wait to try all the features. Quick to turn on and set up.

Great Deal for the money

This is my 2nd DU7200, the 1st was for my wife which is the 55" model, the DU7200 have a amazing UI, entry level HDR, great for gaming with a great color gamut, the Samsung hub is a plus, great connectivity with Smarthings eco-system, the sound is also great, many apps. We have a Qled on the living room, which have the best image quality ever, the DU7200 is a great deal for the money

I can't believe I waited so long to get a new t v

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use my TV for video games, and I love this t. V, the latency in my video games is very low. The colors and textures are great period I have improved my gameplay since upgrading to this t v period it also is compatible with the hi.Gh output of the xbox series x, making it a perfect companion

Mostly satisfied

Have had my Samsung for a short period. Been satisfied for the most part. Have had a problem with it communicating with an AT&T wireless router. It has decided not to communicate. Then a day later it connects back up. Don’t understand why. Other than that, have enjoyed the TV

Worse remote

I purchased about a month ago. I hate the remote, the so call 2 page manual, and the whole setup is so confusing. I discovered that I can use the remote from the Du6000. I wish I could get another so that I don't have to take it from my living upstairs to the bedroom. I missed a lot of my shows because I couldn't figure how to find my steaming channels.

Don't buy

Crappy remote. Why no Mic? No access to mic. What was the reason? A basic feature that has been around for a very long time. Can be used with Alexa, oh goody. A device that gets things wrong a large percentage of the time and conversations end with yelling, so yay, put two lacking devices together so a company can save a few pennies. Also nothing intuitive about this interface, regret purchase is a challenge everyday.

However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants. We also understand there can be a learning curve when you get a new TV! This is why we have built a guide built into the TV that teaches you how to use your remote. Very good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good choice for a television. Am very pleased with pic. quality ease of setup. Connected to WiFi very easy procedure. Love the Samsung channels built into their sets. I haven’t made it to the end of the list yet. I start scrolling to see how many channels their are and end up finding something to watch.

Way off with your interface/software!

Ok, the picture is fantastic, but the o/s is crap. It’s a jumbled mess with a bunch of automated switching and preloaded Samsung-provided (marketing) apps and content. There a bunch of people narrative political shows and Fox News with no easy way to remove. Controls for audio are buried and I still can’t find them…after months. I’m in my fifties, no, not a boomer. I’m no dummy. The HUI or whatever is junk. They tried to do something neat, but failed. As much as I don’t want to give Bezos any money, I gotta go back to the Amazon interface. It’s dummy proof and works fine, you’re dancing with the devil. Please do better. It’s so annoying I want to get rid of the tv.

Should have thought it over.

This is new, so working great. But, the reason I had to buy this TV is the main concern. This is my 3rd. Samsung TV in less than 10 years. This is because 2 before this one both had Back light go out. First 1, the entire screen went black just 3 years old. The 2nd. Just the 2nd year in half the screen was going dark. I didn't think about it long enough when I purchased this 1, or I would have bought a different brand. But, I have bought so many other Samsung products I just didn't think it over.
