Smart features like bixby and smart things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has all of the features that we need. It has smart features like smart things, work with Alexa and Google Home( my favorite). Also no more need gaming console. You just need any gaming controller or you can use your phone as gaming controller like amazon Luna( just download from playstore or appstore). Picture quality is like its name, Crystal. Remote has shortcut button like Disney plus, Prime video and Netflix. Overall we can say All-in-One Package. L,

Never again

The picture is good. The user interface is slow, cluttered, clumsy, and non intuitive. Multiple keystrokes required to do simple tasks. The remote is the worst I've seen. The center button is physically connected to the up, down, left, right arrows and has a high error rate. No button for device input, but there is Netflix and prime that I don't use. Other than the larger screen size, much worse than a 10 year old LG 42 inch TV that it replaced.

Crazy good.

Have the model for 8 months and couldn’t be happier. Samsung is now the only tv we buy. Nothing else beats the quality and reliability that Samsung delivers every time. Learned this from production company I work for. We had sixty in stock for clients and conventions. Never a problem. That’s hard to say in Today’s world!

Great TV

I have had this TV for about 5 months & have no complaints. It replaced an older version that was starting to go. It has many nice features & picture is great. It was on sale, and I got it for a great price. It has so many features that I'm still find new ones. It does seem that I have the sound up on a higher number than my other models but not a problem. I love Samsung and have 4 of them in different sizes in each room.

Bizarre

Bought this TV 5 days ago and every 7-10 minutes the screen goes black. In about a minute it comes back on and freezes for a brief moment and then in about 7-10 minutes it goes black again. It ran perfectly for a full 4 days w/o any problems. I am absolutely baffled.

Hi FGS1, If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Please give us the opportunity to assist you by contacting Samsung Customer Support via any of the following options: Give us a call at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Rating: 2/5 – Stay Away

I had high expectations when purchasing the Samsung 85” TV, but after months of use, I can confidently say this model has been a huge disappointment. Application Hub & Performance Issues The biggest frustration comes from the sluggish and unresponsive application hub. Navigating between apps feels unnecessarily slow, and the transition from the app hub to an actual app takes far longer than it should. For a premium TV, I expected smooth and seamless performance, but instead, I deal with lag and unresponsiveness that make even basic tasks frustrating. Severe Burn-In Problems The burn-in issue is by far the worst problem with this TV. I enjoy watching darker, high-contrast films, but after some use, the burn-in is so extreme that certain scenes are completely unwatchable. Blacks are inconsistent, and ghosting from previous images makes the viewing experience painful. I’ve already had the display replaced once, yet the problem persists—meaning this is either a widespread issue with this model or poor quality control from Samsung. Final Thoughts For the price, I expected much better performance, both in terms of smart features and display quality. Between the unbearably slow application hub and severe burn-in problems, I cannot recommend this TV to anyone looking for a premium viewing experience. Even after a display replacement, there has been no improvement, which makes it clear that this is a fundamental flaw in the design or manufacturing of this model.

Awesome picture quality, features, and apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still learning all the features on the TV. I'm a movie buff and love the movie experience in my own home. I stubbled upon some free videos including some related to health and fitness--perfect for new year's resolutions/goals. The TV set-up process was effortless considering the last Samsung tv that i had. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the surround sound is as robust as my previous Samsung tv. I have to really turn up the volume to 30+ for that movie experience. Also, the instructions for connecting an external receiver (with surround sound) are not clear. I will do some more research to figure it out because this TV is still a keeper. This model also has more storage than my previous TV which is another plus so I'm able to add more apps.

I’m really enjoying this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV, but I have purchased Samsung TV’s in the past and have been very pleased with Samsung products. The picture, sound, and ease of use are outstanding. I’m extremely happy with this product.

Great picture but not very senior-friendly remote

I bought the Samsung 65" Class Crystal UHD DU7200D as a Christmas gift for my 80-year-old mom, and overall, we’re really happy with the purchase. The picture quality is stunning—bright, crisp, and vibrant—and the sound is clear, which is a big plus for her since she doesn’t like using external speakers. It’s a big upgrade from her older Samsung, and she loves watching her shows on the larger screen. However, I had to take off two stars because she's having a hard time learning to use the remote control. The newer remotes are sleek and minimal, but for seniors, the lack of labeled buttons and the different navigation style is a real challenge. She misses her old Samsung remote, which had more direct channel buttons and was easier for her to understand. I’m wondering if Samsung offers any alternative remote options that are more senior-friendly, or if there’s a way to program an older-style remote to work with this TV? It would make a huge difference in her experience, as she currently relies on me or someone else to switch channels for her. If you're buying this TV for a senior or someone who isn't tech-savvy, keep in mind that the remote might take some getting used to—or you may need to look for a compatible universal remote that’s easier to use.

Hi Flower321, Thank you for sharing you and your mother's experience with us. I do have a few suggestions that may help. First, you should be able to use the older Samsung remote with the new TV. It should automatically work with the TV. You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. We are also always available and happy to help you with any questions you may have. You can call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
