[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works so well at getting carpets clean and mostly dry. I really appreciate the separate soap dispenser so I no longer have to measure. Refills and empties are easier than my older model. Cleanup is a breeze, brush attachment easily comes off to clean and the handy little tool helps clean out the fibers and lint that get stuck in there. Really easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Power Scrub was as advertised. It worked great cleaning carpets, we had our carpet cleaned by a national company in the last six months. When we used the Power Scrub it extracted dirt that we thought had been removed. It really cleaned our carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few differences between our former model and the new one...but what a difference in cleaning power! I did all the carpets in our house and was totally shocked at the increase in dirt it pulled up! Easier to use, empty, and refill, and I'm sure the capacity was greater. Definitely the best 'upgrade' of household 'appliance' we've ever done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had some old carpet and decided to give cleaning it a try before buying new carpet. To my surprise, this machine did the trick. I love that it really gets up the water. I had to call customer service because I didn't have the handle secured in place. They were great and offered to have a new one shipped but my husband found my error. Will recommend this cleaner!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Package arrived on time as promised. Was very easy to assemble. So far I have only used the carpet cleaner (upholstery tool not used)yet, but I am extremely pleased with the results. Spray solution spread evenly and and the water extraction worked great. Dirty water tank easy to remove, empty and clean. Carpet looked much better after cleaning. Thus far I am pleased with my purchase and results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaner was received and did not work. Had to take it to a local service center for confirmation of this and to process as a warranty claim. Why don't they just have you return it on their dime and ship out a new one??? Their policy is terrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful machine! It is also wide and really digs the dirt back out of the carpet for a deep clean. The water capacity is large too so I don't have to empty it several times for a large area of the carpet. I am very pleased with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned or rented other carpet cleaners. I purchased one in the spring and was so impressed that i purchased 2 more for my adult children. We now joke about how dirty our carpets were prior to the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet washer does not work well at all. It didnt clean much and left spots on the rug when it dried. Unfortunately I do not have the means to return it, too heavy and too time consuming. Money thrown away on an inferior machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cleaner!!!! My old Hoover cleaner of 13 years finally needed upgraded and I researched for a long time. After looking at the Hoover website, I found the Power scrub XL and it was exactly what I was looking for; a commercial grade cleaner but a residential size and price. This cleaner does a fantastic job! It has removed pet stains that my old cleaner didn't touch. It is very easy to use, durable quality and my favorite part, easy to clean! I also love the bag that comes with it to keep the upholstery hose and attachments in, and it's designed to hang on the handle while in storage. Hoover earns an A on this machine!
