The suction on the machine is great and I love how it comes with a spot cleaning attachment! It's super easy to use and clean which is awesome! You can cover a pretty good amount of ground before you have to refill it again (depending on how trigger happy you are). All in all I think it's a pretty neat machine, it gets most stains out (you need the spot cleaning attachment for tougher stains), the suction is great, and it glides on my carpet like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase! I just hope it lasts...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this to clean every carpet and rug in my house. Did a fantastic job and was simple to use. Maybe a bit heavier due to larger size but it worked much better than the lighter weight one I had. Well worth the little extra effort.

I had a carpet cleaning company come in and clean the carpet in a 1100 Sq ft rental. After their second visit I still wasn't satisfied with their work. I bought this carpet cleaner to see if I could do a better job. I was amazed. was easy to assemble and operate. Right away I could see that this carpet cleaning machine was doing an excellent job. It cost me half what they charged me and did a far better job. Won't need to hire my carpets cleaned any more. Great product, after one use it paid for itself three time over. Thank you Hoover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful machine! It is also wide and really drags the dirt back out of the carpet for a deep clean. The water capacity is large too so I don't have to empty it several times for a large area of the carpet. I am very pleased with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few differences between our former model and the new one...but what a difference in cleaning power! I did all the carpets in our house and was totally shocked at the increase in dirt it pulled up! Easier to use, empty, and refill, and I'm sure the capacity was greater. Definitely the best 'upgrade' of household 'appliance' we've ever done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Power scrub xl works real fine! I dinged it once star because it only does one thing at a time. You can wash with it then empty the solution and put clean water in it and rinse with it. My previous Hoover had a switch to use solution or water. Just saying.
