I've had this for a little over a year with three pets at home, and it definitely did the job. However, considering the brand and price, I'm disappointed and very unhappy that the clean water tank has a common issue with the spring at the bottom coming loose. After research, I found I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Furthermore, the replacement cost is about a third of what a new carpet cleaner costs, which leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. I hope this reviews helps people when looking to purchase this carpet cleaner or this issue is resolved with an updated model.

Unfortunately, this carpet cleaner turned out to be one of the worst I've ever purchased. Its performance is hindered by the constant need to stop and clean out trapped carpet fibers.
