it was a little hard to put together . but once I got it together you know I use it all the time I love it it picks up all the dirt I need to pick up it's really good

This is a replacement for our 15-year-old Hoover carpet and floor cleaner. The old model worked wonderfully for us, so we bought a new one when the old one had to be replaced. Since we bought the house 7 years ago, we have had several professional companies clean the 2 carpets in 2 of the bedrooms. There were always stains left where a person walked in the door and went to the bathroom or closet. The first time I used the cleaner, using the Hoover product provided, the stains were almost gone. We will be purchasing the HOOVER® Prime Professional Cleaning Formula to try to eliminate the rest of the stains. WE are confident it will take out most of it.

Our adult cat had big feelings about new animal additions to the house and let us know via urinating ALL OVER the house. Once he started we couldn’t keep up with spot cleaning and he kept going back because we couldn’t get it all. After confining him to our oversized laundry room for awhile we worked on carpet cleaning parts of the house we planned to give him access to. I was super impressed with stain removal, ease of use, the light weight, and the ease of cleaning the machine after use. We cleaned the carpets with a rental when we moved in 2.5 years ago but nothing in between so it was much needed anyways, pick up SO MUCH grime - I’m excited for regular carpet shampoo schedule one the whole house is reset!

I love my new Power Scrub carpet cleaner; it truly does everything that I was looking for. This is the best model I have ever used.

I’ve owned a rug doctor as well as many other carpet cleaners and this one is BY FAR the best I’ve ever had!!! I absolutely love this machine! Carpets are dry in no time and far cleaner than I’ve ever got them before! I can’t say enough good things about this machine! Do yourself favor and get this thing asap! You won’t be disappointed!

Good, but I have never used a carpet cleaner that requires you to remove the shampoo container to rinse with just water. This machine needs a switch like any other carpet cleaner to stop the flow of shampoo instead of removing the container from the machine.

Not for anything pet related, didn’t clean fresh accidents. Totally disappointed. Not sure what the point of this carpet cleaner is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet washer does not work well at all. It didnt clean much and left spots on the rug when it dried. Unfortunately I do not have the means to return it, too heavy and too time consuming. Money thrown away on an inferior machine.
