[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this carpet cleaner it does a good job and in terms of removing tough stain I can't really say because my carpet didn't have except for a small one in which it removes it almost completely.

It doesn't even take up hair, and I have had to scrub the same areas multiple times on the carpet because the stains are still there as well as pet odor. I have not gotten any positive results and am wondering if the vacuum is broken. I am unhappy with it and want a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Power Scrub was as advertised. It worked great cleaning carpets, we had our carpet cleaned by a national company in the last six months. When we used the Power Scrub it extracted dirt that we thought had been removed. It really cleaned our carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this machine only once, but am pleased with the job it did. It cleaned as well as, or better than, the larger and more expensive Hoover model I had. Also easier to use. I don't have a large area to shampoo, so it's just what I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cleaner!!!! My old Hoover cleaner of 13 years finally needed upgraded and I researched for a long time. After looking at the Hoover website, I found the Power scrub XL and it was exactly what I was looking for; a commercial grade cleaner but a residential size and price. This cleaner does a fantastic job! It has removed pet stains that my old cleaner didn't touch. It is very easy to use, durable quality and my favorite part, easy to clean! I also love the bag that comes with it to keep the upholstery hose and attachments in, and it's designed to hang on the handle while in storage. Hoover earns an A on this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet washer does not work well at all. It didnt clean much and left spots on the rug when it dried. Unfortunately I do not have the means to return it, too heavy and too time consuming. Money thrown away on an inferior machine.

The suction on the machine is great and I love how it comes with a spot cleaning attachment! It's super easy to use and clean which is awesome! You can cover a pretty good amount of ground before you have to refill it again (depending on how trigger happy you are). All in all I think it's a pretty neat machine, it gets most stains out (you need the spot cleaning attachment for tougher stains), the suction is great, and it glides on my carpet like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase! I just hope it lasts...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful machine! It is also wide and really drags the dirt back out of the carpet for a deep clean. The water capacity is large too so I don't have to empty it several times for a large area of the carpet. I am very pleased with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine works good. But they come with a 25 ft cord which does not go very far. And the water attachment when you use the hand brushes is hard to get in you have to take something and knock it in. So it does not work very well.
