[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a seperate carpet cleaner and upholstery cleaner before trying this gem. I love that it's an all in one. My carpet area is not very big , so it cleaned it fairly quick and did a pretty good job. Now the real test was on my sofas and recliners and chairs with fabric. I have cats and I have kids, so they can get dirty and hairy .It did a fairly good job cleaning them as well. Love that the dirty water goes into its own tank. Will be trying out in my vehicles next.

This has great suction power and very quick dry time. I feel set in stains still need to be pre treated. This is the first and only shampooer that hasn't plugged up with pet hair, i have 3 cats and 1 dog. Love the floaty ball that let's you know when dump tank is full. Has two sittings quick clean and deep clean. Has separate clean and dirty water tanks. Heat force makes it the best, I have owned 4 shampooers in the last 20 years.

From Rug Dr. To Carpet Express I find each one has pros and cons but hoover has done a great job at creating a versatile but lightweight option that uses enough water to actually make you feel like you cleaned the carpet and couch thoroughly while also providing enough suction to avoid pulling out the fans to dry everything afterwards. I use this machine for spot cleaning carpets and couches or to deep clean the carpet. I'm very pleased with the ease of use and simple design. I will always keep a similar machine on hand and highly recommend for all households.

I was easily able to do a quick clean when storm stopped. My carpets look brand new again. But what I love most is I can use this on my couches and even our car seats and floors. It's so easy to use yet it works as good as commercial cleaners. See the before and after of my carpet and if you have carpets that need cleaning buying it is a no brainer.

Put it together and we can use it right out of the box. Suction works, heater works, but it does not spray any water on the floor and water pump does not work. Check the filter and everything is clean because it's brand new. Brushes work and everything works on it except it does not spray water onto the floor to clean it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say I was skeptical at first since I've used carpet cleaners in the past and most don't have enough juice to get up the deep rooted stains or dirt in the carpet. But this does a better job, after a few tries, I got stains out that have been there for a good 10+ years actually. I'm thrilled this worked so well and was able to not only clean carpets in long overdue need. But area rugs of dirt and pet hair, couches riddled with dog hair as well. This does such a great job getting all that stain and dirt encrusted into the carpet and other items we have. I would recommend Hoover since they are a long standing brand and does it best for cleaning up messes.

Ery strong pulling power as it pulls the dirty water away. I then used it on my outdoor carpet on my carport. Completely surprised by how much and we'll it cleaned the carpet. Over four years of outdoor dirt and filth, just swept away in a matter of minutes.
