[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to other carpet cleaning machines that I have owned. This is more practical and easier to use, because the clean water and dirty water tanks are easily removed, and the brushes are removed with the touch of a button. To be able to clean them. It works well and washes floors very well. I love it and would buy it again. I recommend it 100% to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quite big but the results were great! My 3 and 5 year old are always spilling. This carpet cleaner cleaned my carpet so well. The attachments were easy to use. Even pushing it was easy. This is an awesome cleaner and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with pets or kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first as I have purchased carpet and upholstery cleaners in the past but either the floor or couches I've cleaned just end up completely wet for days. This gave me a deep and full clean leaving my couch fresh and clean and better yet dry by the time I woke up in the morning from cleaning at 10pm. I have 2 children under five who love eating and making a mess of the couch, a new born who spits up and a dog who will lay on the couch. After my first use the couch smelled and looked brand new and I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I love the hose bag that holds everything and the vacuum itself is cumbersome but stores very nicely in its more compact size than others I have used. Definitely will keep using this to freshen up my couches and area rugs.

In my 15 years of having multiple animals and making my house look like I haven't had any pet- I have been through my fair share of carpet cleaners. I have rented professional ones (Bissell and Rug Doctor) and I have bought two bissell's and they were weak and tore up after malticiously maintaining them after every use!). This Hoover is on point with their design and it cleans so well and its just as great as a professional(I have used Stanley steamer too)!!! And I LOVE LOVE the fact how the brushes are removable for cleaning! The worse part after using a carpey cleaner is cleaning the actual machine and Hoover made it easier! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner! It was very easy to assemble and figure out. It worked well and I love the attachment for my furniture. The only thing I see as problematic is how much solution is required. I will probably just make my own. Overall very pleased with this product. Our animals also were not afraid of it and it seems to pick up pet hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did my area rug and it worked wonderfully. Got the surface stains no problem. I enjoy the fact that it's easy to work with. Not to heavy. Works great thank you for this opportunity to try your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample for review purposes. I was so excited to receive this and I cleaned my carpet and upholstery right after getting it. It works wonders and made my carpet and couches looking brand new. I highly recommend this especially if you have pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this point in time I would actually give the vacuum a 3.5/5 stars if that was an option. Three is too low, four is too high. I've had a week or so to use it on my rugs and carpeting. Here are my thoughts: First off, the cleaning solution seems to work pretty well. There are stains in places that have been there for months and they were cleaned with relative ease. Speaking of ease though: Going over the carpet (or rug) slowly and deliberately is the best way to go. If you go too quickly you'll risk the solution spilling. So you need to take your time going over your cleaning area. My biggest critique? Definitely the noise. It is a very loud vacuum. In fact, I used it one day and my neighbor was out raking at the time. The next day I ran into her and she commented on the loudness of the vacuum. Not really complaining, just in a passing way. So just be prepared. It's a bit overwhelming at first. Lots of different features and different ways to use the vacuum. In time I'll get used to them all. Good at lifting stains, but loud and cannot be moved too quickly or else solution will leak out.

This is a pretty good design compared to some others I have used. I like that the tool hose is separate from the handle (a weak point for breakage of the hose on other brand machines). The carpets I have cleaned dry faster than other machines. I will say that you cannot pull the accessory hose to bring the unit closer to the work. The hose barb is pretty fragile, even though pulling that way is a misuse of the machine. Note: I would like to buy a replacement hose barb for the cleaning solution, which broke when I pulled the machine closer by the tool hose. I can replace it buy taking the hose apart; I don't need a whole hose assembly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner! I started our by doing some traffic areas, just to see how it worked, using just the solution it came with, and I was impressed, and then I noticed that te directions recommended pretreating for best results so I did that, and I was very happy with the results. With previous carpet cleaners, I was constantly stopping to change out the dirty water, but not with this one. It has a separate tank for the clean and dirty water, which I love. It definitely makes the process go a whole lot faster. I also love the heated dryer. When you're finished cleaning your carpets, they're already dry - not damp, but completely dry. That might be my favorite part. I used to hate scrubbing my carpet and then walking around on damp carpet for the next day. Now I don't have to.
