I love the scent of the cleaner it came with. This is definitely a must for homes with animals! It even worked on our linoleum kitchen floors.

It did a much better job at cleaning the floor & the waste water bin is much easier to empty & clean. What I did not care for however is that the trigger will pinch your finger between the handle body & trigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hoover Power Scrub XL+ Carpet Cleaner is the best carpet cleaner that I have the pleasure of owning I had a really beautiful rug in my living room that I almost gave up on I had a brand new puppy who seems didn't like my new rug as much as I did when I got this Power scrub it really brought my rug back to life I would suggest this cleaner to anyone with or without children and pets but if you have them like I do you will be glad you chose this cleaner.

Quick start guide got me going in minutes, although some of the instructions in the manual seemed to be written for multiple models. This model was very lightweight and simple; it's there to do a job, and does it's job well. The heated dry worked well, and I was able to put the room back together in no time! Long hose and attachments are conveniently stowed in a separate bag. I received this as a tester, and am very happy to have this now at home. I would definitely recommend it to friends/family/strangers! Best part about this unit is how easy it is to disassemble and clean. I've never had another carpet cleaner that was this easy to clean, or cleanable period!

The carpet is now the color it was when i bought the car! I was amazed by the color of the waste water in the tank,years of dirt and grime safely in it's final resting place,thanks to Hoover! This hoover came with a scrubber, a cleaner and an extender hose...It is lightweight and easy to move. There were a few minor things i had a problem with though...All the attachments (such as the tank) were very hard fitting and it made me think i was breaking something while putting it together, I imagine it will loosen up over time and use, but it was a little nerve wreaking....I also wish there was a handle on the Tank to aid in the moving the machine around,it would be very convenient... Overall, I highly recommend this product...some slight tweaks in its overall design and it would have been an easy 5 star

The assembly was pretty easy and I love that there is a pouch for the additional brush with a hose for smaller areas and a cleaning solution bottle that come with it. The cleaning process is quite easy as well, the cleaner disperses and sucks up the water with cleaning solution quickly and efficiently! It's quite hard to see how dirty my carpet is because of its color and texture, but after running this cleaner over one spot several times the water turned out very dirty (I added a photo), so the cleaner definitely does the job I didn't even know I needed done! It takes a little time for the carpet to dry, so I tend to not clean the room I will need to walk around in soon, but it's worth it) I've got a lot of friends who asked to borrow my carpet cleaner to try out on their carpets before buying their own, so I would definitely recommend it to people)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest cleaner I have ever owned and cleaning it after was so easy but cleaning is just average. The water container broke on the 2nd time I used it. Not sure if it was just a defective part or if its going to be a problem on all cleaners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I have to disclose that I received a free sample of this product in exchange for a fair review With that out of the way I have to say I am very impressed with this cleaner. I have a husky who is pretty hard on carpet and upholstery and this machine definitely is able to keep up with the smells and stains. The best part, though, is that the capacity is large enough to tackle all of my carpet, furniture and rugs in a single go. Previous cleaners, even the commercial grade rental cleaners, couldn't own up to that task. Nothing takes the "steam" out of a cleaning project like having to stop, empty and refill but with this big guy you have the capacity to keep going. The upholstery attachment is easy to use and stores nicely in an included bag. I also found that the assembly of this machine was very simple and straight forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it once but so far it's an amazing cleaner and there was an obvious difference in the carpet as I was cleaning it. It's easy to use and clean as well. Now I have to wait and see if it holds up and lasts long term. My previous Bissell only lasted a couple months before leaking so I'm hoping this doesn't have the same issue. I love the way the brushes work also. I will say like instructions say to pre treat some stains. I have a couple that definitely needed it. It's not a perfect cure for carpets but it does a better than others job and a decent price.
