Unboxing was quick and easy with the included quick start guide. Afterwards, I quickly got to work. I tested this on a year-old carpet stain from food I dropped on my carped during Thanksgiving of 2020. I have included the before and after photos - yet it is hard to tell if you're not in person but the quick clean setting cleaned up the gunk that was in my carper (who knew it was so much) for a year. I can't imagine what the full deep clean option does but I am excited to try that feature out soon! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a vacuum that does a quick, easy and clean job. We have 4 dogs in our house so eventually an accident is bound to happen. We have had this carpet cleaner for years and it still goes strong! And it is so simple to use too. Just fill with water and mix with the solution. It gets stains out of carpet like a pro.

I have had 2 different steam cleaners in my life, and this one is the most effective and convinient. It is rather bulky but it works. I have pets, and their fur gets way deep into my carpets and upholstery. This steam cleaner helps me keep my home clean, and get rid of the allergens living in my carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say I was skeptical at first since I've used carpet cleaners in the past and most don't have enough juice to get up the deep rooted stains or dirt in the carpet. But this does a better job, after a few tries, I got stains out that have been there for a good 10+ years actually. I'm thrilled this worked so well and was able to not only clean carpets in long overdue need. But area rugs of dirt and pet hair, couches riddled with dog hair as well. This does such a great job getting all that stain and dirt encrusted into the carpet and other items we have. I would recommend Hoover since they are a long standing brand and does it best for cleaning up messes.

We just got new flooring after 20+ years, so I'm really excited to have this new carpet cleaner. I've owned the older version for several years, but I had the one without the upholstery attachment. I haven't needed to use this on the carpets yet because they're only a few weeks old, but I used it to clean dog puke off the luxury vinyl plank floor in my daughter's room and it worked amazingly. I also cleaned a stain on the couch that I hadn't been able to remove previously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jave tried many carpet cleaners and scrubbers. Most just use to much water and leave soap everywhere. The hoover does not have these problems. Unboxing and setup was pretty straight forward. It only took about 10 minutes from unboxing to using which is always nice. We used this on an ottoman that is used by 3 kids and a cat. It had pet hair and spill stains and i think skittle stains and within 10 minutes it looked brand new. We have tried generic carpet cleaner and small scrubbing machines on this ottoman and it never got everything out until we used the hoover. I am sold 100% on the quality and ease of use of this product and i recommend it to everyone.

I had several stains on my living room carpet ...no telling what they are bc i have kids, pets, and a messy chubby hubby! Ive tried everything to clean that room! Ive bought stain removers, rented carpet cleaners, borrowed carpet cleaners to end up with the same stained result! This Hoover PowerScrub+Carpet Cleaner kicked them stains butts! I couldnt believe what i was seeing...or not seeing, lol! I purchased both of my sons one for christmas! Every home should have one! Good job Hoover!!

Cleans the carpet well, however I will probably never buy another hoover product. One of my family members moved the special hose and since I have all hard floors and one living room rug, I mostly wanted to use this on upholstery. Why is the replacement hose half the price of buying the whole machine. I've used this machine twice and now am probably going to give it away to buy another brand that doesn't use parts as ransom.

I bought this last summer and have loved it. I did have the cheap, white plastic solution feeder snap off a hose so I got a metal replacement hose. After a year of having it it just stopped turning on randomly, so I contacted customer support because it has a 2 year warranty. After giving them some pics, videos and info I'm being mailed a brand new unit! Could not be happier since customer support was a breeze, and I appreciate being sent a replacement asap. Reallly hope this kid doesn't die on me as well, but as of now very happy. NOTE- if you do get a replacement it does NOT get another 2 year warranty, but keeps the warranty time of the first unit I bought.
