Put it together and we can use it right out of the box. Suction works, heater works, but it does not spray any water on the floor and water pump does not work. Check the filter and everything is clean because it's brand new. Brushes work and everything works on it except it does not spray water onto the floor to clean it.

I also have 2 cats that seem to shed constantly so cat fur is a huge problem when it comes to my regular routine of vacuuming. I have to say this machine did a great job of cleaning not only the fur but all the other dirt that my regular vacuum left behind which was way better than my expectations. My carpet wasn't left soaking wet but only a little damp and the machine was lightweight and easy to assemble including the tank which comes off so you can fill it with water. Overall the power scrub XL + carpet cleaner left my carpet visibly cleaner and fresher. I will continue to use maybe once a month especially when my carpet needs a refresh.

This cleaner not only gets the rug clean but it dries very quickly. I've also used it on my mom's bed just to keep it sanitized and it works incredibly well!!

I was easily able to do a quick clean when storm stopped. My carpets look brand new again. But what I love most is I can use this on my couches and even our car seats and floors. One pet mess I had to go over it a few times to clean properly but it didn't completely remove the stain but it did a good job nonetheless. My carpet looks nice and sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jave tried many carpet cleaners and scrubbers. Most just use to much water and leave soap everywhere. The hoover does not have these problems. Unboxing and setup was pretty straight forward. It only took about 10 minutes from unboxing to using which is always nice. We used this on an ottoman that is used by 3 kids and a cat. It had pet hair and spill stains and i think skittle stains and within 10 minutes it looked brand new. We have tried generic carpet cleaner and small scrubbing machines on this ottoman and it never got everything out until we used the hoover. I am sold 100% on the quality and ease of use of this product and i recommend it to everyone.

I had hard deep stains that have been sitting for months and they came out of the carpet after going over the spots just two times. The heat activator is nice to. When you pull the machine back it heats the carpet to dry. Easy to clean the machine too when done.
