Started buying this bacon 16 years ago and I don't buy any bacon at all if my store is out of it. Even as the price has increased over the years I still choose Wright Brand. Please do not change a thing other then maybe lowering the price please. :o)

I have been living the ketogentic lifestyle for over 18 months. Bacon is one of my staples. I have tried several bacon products. By far Wright is hands down my favorite, for taste and thickness. I bake mine as I go through a lot in a weeks time. oh so good !

My dad has been cooking this bacon since I was born and I'm so grateful because there really is no other bacon like it! It's nice and thick, and the bag is resealable. The quality is unbeatable! Worth every penny. PRO TIP: it's pretty fattening so I cut the bacon in half when I bake it so I can get more pieces for less bacon!

I started buying Hickory Smoked Bacon about a year ago and it was truly the best bacon I ever tasted. The last month or two...there is a huge difference in the quality of the thickness. It is paper thin on the one end...I no longer consider it thick cut bacon...what is going on in the quality control department.

This is my family's favorite bacon. It is usually one of the more expensive brands in the grocery store but it is worth it. It is consistently thick and evenly cut. If you like thick cut bacon you know that its common to find very thin slices mixed in with the thick. So annoying. Plus its really delicious bacon!

I usually do not review product but the quality of wright bacon has drastically went down. This use to be the best bacon in town but now they are so inconsistent. I can buy three packs and fry them up and all three fry differently. Some have to much sugars some have to much salt etc. They are never the same anymore. I use to love wrights bacon but you never know what you are going to get from one pack to the other it is very disappointing and frustrating. I don't know what else to say but I hope they get a handle on the quality of their bacon because I really did love it. Now not so much now. Please make bacon great again.

Excellent bacon, been buying it for years. However, today the brakes came on when I saw the price. Super impressive at 6 dollars a pound, yep that's sarcasm. So instead of buying two of these like I normally do I bought one and it might be my last at that price. I'm not aware of any pig shortage.

I've been a Wright Brand Bacon lover for 10+ years now and introduced it to so many other people I lost count. Every once in awhile I try a copycat and no one would ever come close. However, as of late I've been disappointed with the quality of flavor and cut. I've tried all flavors and now only buy the Hickory Smoked because I like it best. It would seem something has changed with the process because I've tried and tried so many packages just hoping it was a fluke, now I really am wondering. The cut inconsistency, I'm referring to thickness of the slices, is now getting annoying because it makes cooking it inconsistent as you can imagine. I read another review speaking to the slices breaking apart and included a photo and have experienced that same exact thing many times. Honestly, my wife and I simply eat less bacon now because Wright has spoiled us to the point that no other brand is on the same level. Please, I beg of you, get your act back together and fix these 'so called' improvements you have made to your process(es). I know manufacturing and improvements/changes are made all the time and especially being part of a MAJOR corporation like Tyson, these value/cost saving improvements are not thoughts or ideas, but requirements. Seems something has come unhinged at some point and now the product is changing.

Wright brand thick cut bacon is the only bacon you should ever buy. It is so freakin good. It cooks up perfectly in a skillet or in the oven. I love that its a zip close package so it is easy to store on the rare occasion that we dont use the whole package.

YUM YUM YUM!!!! This is my favorite!!! Did I say yum yet? The thickness is perfect for making bacon cheeseburgers, bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños. It's never to salty, or heavily smoked. Wright have perfected bacon!!!
