Still going strong almost 1 yr in

I’m not sure what these people are doing to their carts but ours has held up almost a year. My kids and the neighborhood kids have ridden this thing hard!! The drifting feature has been put to the max. Never dreamed this thing would last more than 2 months after watching them all drive it. The battery life is about 45min with full throttle, rough driving.

Decent kart

Had issues with the first kart I purchased where it would not turn on at all and I had to take it back and exchange it. The 2nd one worked and my child loves it. Seems a little slow to respond when press the pedal but takes right off. My child reqlly loves the drift mode and spin the kart around.

Worst return experience ever

We purchased 2 of these. One stopped working shortly after opening. Tried to pursue the warranty through Jetson that was offered according to the box and instruction manual. Jetson would not honor the warranty so we arranged a return through Sam’s club. Sam’s club sent FedEx to pick up the return. The box was picked up by FedEx and Sam’s club will not refund for my return claiming it has been lost in transit. I have been emailing for months and have stopped getting any response from Sam’s club. The customer service with this return alone has been awful and so unlike the service we have experienced during our decades of membership. We will not be renewing our membership after this experience and make sure to tell all friends and colleagues to avoid Sams club after this experience. As for the go-kart, one works great, the other stopped working within a month. Do not count on Sams or Jetson to stand by this product.

Terrible service, lasted only 4 -5 months

Terrible. Did not even make it 6 mo. What’s worse is their support. They offer no parts replacement or help. They will offer you 10% off your next purchase. I bought two of their products. Both lasted not even a year for my 8 yo. And we took care of them. Garage kept etc. wish I could give 0 stars. They were $400 worth of fun for about 4 months. Then they say all parts are internal and don’t even offer a way to buy replacement parts.

Horrible quality

Absolute garbage, I purchased this for my children to play with. The steering wheel barely functions, and the battery already provides almost no power after just four months, enabling it to be driven at a snail's pace. I would strongly recommend not to purchase so not to waste your money. Jetson's customer service was no better either, they told me they would give me a 10% discount on a future purchase. Spending $399 and getting nothing in return is definitely not a good investment, very unhappy customer, please do not waste your money with this product.

Dead battery after 5 months

My kids had fun using this go kart until the battery stpped charging completely, after 5 months of occasional use. The customer service at Jetson was terrible. They told me the warranty was only 3 months from Jetson. They offered me 10% off the price of a new one. No thanks! Thankfully, Sam's club refunded me for the purchase because of their fantastic customer return policy.

Do NOT purchase this product.. please see review

I purchased this as a Birthday gift for my Son, he is 60lbs and very gentle with everything he owns. He actually cleans his items and stores things well it is simply how he is. He was so excited to receive this gift and he felt so cool riding around the sub on it. We never even got to the faster speeds due to him learning the slower ones first. Within a few weeks the slow speed stopped working, so we moved to medium and then reverse stopped a few days later, not the machine will not function at all.. 400.00 dollars for a couple of weeks of joy and now utter sadness that he got nothing usable for his Birthday. Such a shady company, customer service did not help, they offered 10% off if I purchase another one, but they told me the design had no revisions! You want me to spend another 400.00 to have the exact same experience??! I will NEVER purchase another Jetson product as long as I live, nobody in this family will. I am an autonomous engineer by trade, we practice making quality items with the least moving parts as possible and if something goes wrong we “own” it, it’s our responsibility to support because we designed it! To say “sorry we don’t offer parts but you can always buy another! I will even give you 10% off! How does that sound?” Really? It sounds TERRIBLE! What are you guys even thinking!? Wow.. so buyer, please beware.. you will experience tears if you buy from Jetson, I hope this helps someone save 400.00, thanks. Regards, -Disappointed Dad-
