[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know anything about snow detectors, but my husband does, and he was happy that I received this one. He says it is a very good, high-quality brand. We installed it in our basement hallway. It was very easy for him to install. It's not as sensitive as many others, but it's efficient for sure. We tried it out. I'm not sure how long the battery lasts since we haven't had it for a long time. But I love that it came with batteries. The sound level is great. I'm satisfied with this product, and it actually makes me feel safer in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small and compact, this smoke detector is a great addition to our home. The sensitivity seems better than most that go off with a little oven cooking. Tested the sound and it would be great to alert in case of an emergency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smokey chapter is perfect it comes with the batteries included which is amazing and it's just perfect for anybody who has a small area or room RV anybody who needs and I'm an extra protection for fire this is definitely your smoke detector go to it is only 4 inches and it is self testing and super easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a smaller and sleeker smoke alarm. Easy to install, came with clear directions and easy to use mounting bracket. The bracket is marked so if you hang it on the wall, it’s sits correctly. It also has a safety feature that you cannot place it in the mounting bracket if the batteries are removed. I thought that was helpful. It is my understanding that smoke alarms are only good for 10 years. So I wrote the date of install on the back of mine so I know when to a) change the batteries annually and b) when to replace the device. I included a video of testing the alarm. It has the standard loud chirp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Detect Smoke alarm is a great compact smoke alarm option to have in the home. I like the size of it, and how easy it is to use. It works with 2 AA batteries, and can be tested as well. (Careful when testing with the loud sound!) We put it in our living room, better safe than sorry. Make sure to read the manual as well, it has a clear guide on places to avoid putting it in (ex. garage, dusty areas) Would definitely recommend this product. Thank you for sending this for me to try, Influenster!

I am thankful for being chosen to share my experience. I think that it is a great detector, and it tested great. #Kidde #influencer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This alarm is ideal for me because it's compact, easy to install, and reliable. It offers a long-lasting battery life and a loud alarm sound to ensure prompt notification in case of an emergency and gives me peace of mind knowing it's keeping my home and family safe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smoke alarm works pretty good and is nice to have but sucks it takes batteries. I’d prefer one that is hardwired but this one does the job. I’d recommend if you are good at remembering to change the batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kidde smoke detector came very well packaged. I was actually impressed how well packaged it was. As someone with natural gas heat this smoke detector also serves as a carbon monoxide detector as well. We just bought a home we are remodeling and this thing will come in handy. Once we inserted the batteries it was extremely loud so you will definitely be able to hear it definitely be able to hear it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this small compact Smoke Alarm. My old one went out so this came just in time. It might be small but is very loud. Im not going to have to worry at night if it would wake me up or not. I love it!!!
