Love this smart tv. It is my first smart tv. I really enjoy the nature scenes that come up on down time. The install/set up was very easy. Just follow the onscreen steps. The picture quality is beautiful, however the sound is not amazing. This tv is in my bedroom otherwise I would just use a sound box for better quality sound. It’s not horribly bad. I definitely recommend this tv. The price for the quality is so amazing. When I need a bigger one for my living room I will look here for that. Bottom line….LOVE IT

i love the tv only small problem is we are a spotify family and spotify isnt available on this tv so i have to open it on my phone and pair it to the tv that way not a big problem but wish spotify was an app on the tv we dont listen to anything else. picture is great, and the volume is on point. i dont have to turn it up to 80 just to hear it.

If you purchase a Vizio smart tv beware of scammers telling you they cannot setup your tv unless you give them a certain amount of money so beware and just keep telling them no and won't be long before you can set it up yourself. Other buyers have complained of the same thing. However the tv is fine and for me worth the money.

DON'T EVER BUY THIS! I WANT TO THROW THIS TV ! PICTURE IS VERY BLURRED! THIS TV STOPS WORKING TWICE !!! 2X WHENEVER YOU'RE WATCHING!! YOU'RE ON NETFLIX OR PARAMOUNT OR PRIME OR WHATEVER! IT STOPS AND GOES TO HOME! CONNECTING BLUETOOTH!! A NIGHTMARE! FRUSTRATING! I WANT TO RETURN IT BUT I GAVE MY OLD TV AWAY. SO I'M STUCK WITH THIS !!!!!

I never had the Vizio brand of TV. I ordered it for a child. I was unaware that a Walmart account was needed to operate the TV. So I made a secondary account using my backup email account. I feel an invasion of privacy. The sound quality is poor. I’m going to try to return the tv or sell it.

Great overall value for the money. I like that it includes a lot of apps and it has a pretty decent picture quality. The sound is a bit low. My major issue is that this TV does not hold WiFi signal. It is horrible and extremely frustrating. You can't watch anything without the signal going out at least every two to five minutes.

No I would not recommend this product. The first day I got it I had to create an account just to even get it to start up. Then on top of that it lags so bad. Turn volume up/down it freezes, then jumps straight high or low. Can’t pause stuff sometimes it pauses itself. Then I have to unplug it to reset it cause it don’t have a reset button on the tv anywhere. Multiple reviews saying the same thing. Only wished I would have read them before buying.

The remote is an absolute nightmare, smooth, useless in the dark. I have to find a flashlight %26 a pair of glasses any time I need to change a channel, volume, HDMI function. I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time filling out personal information on the Vizio screen before the TV would function. The HDMI function just shifts randomly without request, interrupting viewing, and there are only 2. Person installing said there was no place to attatch direct cable. Picture is ok, slightly dull, slightly green. There may be a way to fix this, i will have to figure that out. Has a lovely feature that plays beautiful relaxing music with lovely slightly animated restful scenes, mountains, cabin with fireplace. My objection is that it just randomly switches over to that on it's own. i would have returned it but didn't have time .

This TV Requires you to setup a VIZIO account, Requires Internet connection at start up before you can do anything and kept stalling or timing out while in setup mode. I had purchased 2 of these for separate areas and both stalled out taking about 1-2hrs to setup on each tv.

This was I think the best purchase I’ve ever made in my life. It has a great picture everything works great and I love the price it is so very much worth the price. You can control it from your phone you get all kinds of channels and movies FREE with the app.
