i did not realize that you HAVE to link it to a Wal-Mart account to utilize the smart features. I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED if I knew that. it is for my daughter and she does not need access to my account. Other than that, is is a decent TV for a good orice

Great TV but odd setup

The TV is great, works fine, just the right size for my bedroom, lots of free channels to watch and streaming channels already added (netflix etc). It maybe a petty complaint and reason to not give five stars, but I was a bit aggravated when getting the TV set up, that you either have to connect your current Walmart account or sign up for a Walmart account to complete TV setup. Take that as you will, but Walmart already seems to know everything about me, and now my tv is also linked. hmmmm

Great picture but sound control quits

This is my 4th Vizio tv in the past 16years. This one was difficult for me to set up took 2 hours to be able to get ROKU working. We've had for 2 weeks now the sound becomes uncontrollable, can't turn up or down. Turning off and on doesn't clear it, but if you unplug it the tv wait for a minute plug it back turn it on it works fine for a few hours. Changing signal input also quits working and it must be unplugged. I am returning the tv today

I purchased this tv a few months ago and have held off writing a review just to give it a fair chance. I honestly hate this TV. It's slow, it glitches, it won't open apps (spectrum, Netflix, Hulu, etc) sometimes. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes just to open the apps. Sometimes it won't open them at all. The remote lags horribly. If you are watching tv and want to turn the volume up, it takes about 5 seconds to catch up to what you're doing. If you want to pause the tv, it takes about 10-15 seconds to actually pause. I wish I could give it a good review because once you finally have a show/movie on, the quality is good! If I still had the box, the tv would've been returned a long time ago.

This TV is a pain to install a get working with XFinity cable. menus are not logical. Something as simple as getting the TV to start on the last input is nearly impossible! Thinking seriously about returning it. But I am in a wheelchair and have to pay to change it out.

So far I'm not impressed. I'm considering returning it. For some reason I couldn't sink it with my Walmart account. Most movies are not full scream. The remote has a serious delay. I've never had this many problems using a tv. My TLC was much better. Won't go Vizio again.

slow response to buttons. when using the youtube app, when adds come on and it says you can skip the add, the center button on the controller just pauses the add. it wont let me skip it. when the tv is plugged in, it automatically comes on. so last night the power flickered. when we got up the tv was on and playing music on a screen saver. so for example if you are gone on vacation for a week, and while you are gone the power goes out and comes back on, the tv will come on. i dont know if it will time out and shut itself off or not.

Could have been great

Would be a great TV except that it will not stay connected to WiFi. Tried several times, and each time you turn off the TV, you have to connect all over again, including signing back into your apps. Looked online for troubleshooting, and seems this is a well-known, widespread issue with this TV. I've owned so many Vizio TV's and never experienced such an issue.

I hate I brought this tv I hate that I thought the book out before I realized the is a piece of junk I doesn't whole good internet connection it freezes every 15 min unless I check for updates then it's goes about 45 minutes an no it's not my internet I've company and they ran a few checks everything was fine which I figured that anyway cause my tv the only one in the house that is doing this I'm so upset with myself
