Glitches all the time. I thought it was just one app. Nope. Just the TV itself. I was Gonna ignore it but I really want a TV that doesn't take the joy of movie watching by cutting off and returning to the home screen all the time. I won't buy Vizio again.

The TV is fine for my daughter’s play room. I might use one for outside. I don’t like that it wants to link up with your Walmart account and I find the picture and sound low mid grade.

This tv works great! I put it out in my Gazebo and I watch it almost every night. Sound and picture are nice for such an inexpensive item. I’d say I already got my money worth on it.

I have a subscription to a team on the MLB app. I forgot that you cannot download the MLB app to a Vizio TV. although I do like the TV and it’s picture and price, if I would’ve remembered, I wouldn’t have purchased it because as it is, I have to stream through my IPad to the TV to be able to watch the baseball games. that’s my only complaint

This TV lags so bad. When you’re scrolling trying to get to the apps or through the apps to get to your selection it gets stuck, starts scrolling by itself, or won’t move at all. The remote is tiny %26 all the buttons are right on top of each other. The volume sucks so bad. To hear anything you have to crank it up past 50. The picture is really good. I like how the Home Screen is set up but all in all, I’m really disappointed.

I was looking for a small tv for my kid's room . This vizio 40" tv is the perfect size of what I was looking for. pictures are clair, volume good, tv is light weight and setting the tv was so fast and simple . Easy to mount on the wall as well. I used the stud free wall mount and it looks beautiful on the wall. I'll recommend it.

Purchased this for my mother's room at her new care home nearby. It is very important that she can focus on something to ease her late stage Alzheimer's disease with various videos and local news and sports etc. I was impressed with how you say it was to stream and also get local channels and spectrum app especially. I love the ease of going between them and finding last used channels or apps. I found some really good videos for sleep when I just use the search bar and she was so fascinated with the sleep video she was commenting about it and drifting to sleep to the music. Anyways the sound the quality everything is perfect and I'm very happy with this fantastic deal.

This Vizio Tv doesn’t act like a smart tv. Too many glitches, and you always have to reset the tv by turning it on/off or unplugging it. Problems with bluetooth headsets. It took me more than 30 minutes to get it connected. Even at $100 its not worth it. Your apps drop while watching the movie. Pay more for a real smart tv or listen to the radio.

I bought this 40” Vizio TV on sale for $107, so I wasn’t expecting top-tier quality—but there are some pretty frustrating issues. First, the size is a bit misleading. It’s advertised as 40 inches, but measuring across the screen width is only 35 inches. I understand TVs are measured diagonally, but it still feels smaller than expected. Performance is the biggest issue. Apps and even the free built-in shows take several minutes to load. I have fiber optic high-speed internet, so the lag is definitely not on my end. It makes the “smart” features feel very slow and frustrating to use. The settings are also very limited. There’s not much room to adjust or customize things the way you’d expect. Setup was another hassle. I had to go out and buy a specific screwdriver just to attach the feet because none of my standard ones fit. On top of that, you’re basically forced to download an app on your phone just to use the TV—without it, you can’t even fully set it up or operate it properly. Overall, you get what you pay for. It works, but it’s slow, limited, and inconvenient. I would not recommend this TV.

Too many help requests online about updates Vizio has released concerning FORCED options users DO NOT want; such as 'watch free' and FORCED 'smart tv' mode. Many complaints from users concerning Vizio's opinion on this update... originally purchased because of it's OTA capabilities; was mistaken...
