TV WITH WALMART ACCOUNT

I never had the Vizio brand of TV. I ordered it for a child. I was unaware that a Walmart account was needed to operate the TV. So I made a secondary account using my backup email account. I feel an invasion of privacy. The sound quality is poor. I’m going to try to return the tv or sell it.

Had difficulty figuring out out how to attach legs. I am looking to shut off where the tv talks to me and how some of it works. Some of the installation and getting my internet to work with it were confusing but I am older and a lot confuses me. Would recommend if you understand those things or have help getting it going otherwise I like it

I regret this purchase

The set up application was problematic because of malfunctions. The response time is very slow and it takes forever to get to the guide or to change a channel. I am not happy with this TV at all. Another disappointment was no PBS app on this TV. The last Vizio I owned worked great, but this one does not.! I regret the purchase!

This tv sucks I should have returned it immediately after I had it for a week but didn’t have the money for a new tv .. but this tv I have had the most problems with the for one I can’t play any of my apps without the tv freezing up and then it randomly says I’m not connected to my internet then I check the connection and I’m connected today the sound just wasn’t playing at all I have to hard reset to get it back none of my apps play like they should they lag and freeze up and I have the same app logged in on my Onn tv and they work just fine I HATE THIS BRAND AND TV WILL GO TO THE TRASH SOON

Legs not the best

I don't like the legs. I would prefer legs that sit down more flat on the surface since I have to put the tv on a stand and can't mount it. I couldn't get the legs tightened enough to prevent the tv from tipping forward. I had to get my stronger than me grandson to come over and finish tightening the legs. The tv is sturdier on the table now but still a little wobbly unlike the tv that I replaced it with. The sound is okay but not as clear as I would like. Picture is good but not as sharp as I would like. I have gone into the settings and made some adjustment to the picture and sound that helped some. I don't want to spend more money to buy a soundbar. On the good side the tv was very easy to set up.

Worst remote ever

The remote is an absolute nightmare, smooth, useless in the dark. I have to find a flashlight %26 a pair of glasses any time I need to change a channel, volume, HDMI function. I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time filling out personal information on the Vizio screen before the TV would function. The HDMI function just shifts randomly without request, interrupting viewing, and there are only 2. Person installing said there was no place to attatch direct cable. Picture is ok, slightly dull, slightly green. There may be a way to fix this, i will have to figure that out. Has a lovely feature that plays beautiful relaxing music with lovely slightly animated restful scenes, mountains, cabin with fireplace. My objection is that it just randomly switches over to that on it's own. i would have returned it but didn't have time .

I didn't have to adjust color or anything, everything is pre-set . I purchased a 65 inch Philips tv in my living room 2 yrs ago, it's nothing like Vizio as for sound, picture. my best TV is Vizio.
