Not even fifteen minutes after setting up the tv it started displaying several vertical lines like prison bars and it just went off (tv) and it will not turn on.

i haven't had this tv for 4 months and it died. first went the ability to use the remote and then it wouldn't turn on at all. remote or Manuel. piece of garbage

We were unable to set up smart tv. We have direct tv so we are fine but we bought the smart tv so we could stream and now we can't. Very disappointed.

Really Great TV. When streaming a movie, had to turn up the volume. The commercials come on really loud i just mute them lol. Everything else is great.

Everything is great except the remote. the remote sucks. press the button five times before it registers anything... or you press it once and it moves things over three spaces.

It's a 40 inch that I bought for less than a 1/10 of what I paid for my phone so it's a win for me. Mounted in my daughter's room and she loves it. The image quality is good. Sound is what you'd expect. For the price, you can't lose.

My daughter is very pleased with her new television! I liked the price,size, and the sound system is ultra clear and high quality. Huge surprise because usually we would have to buy a soundbar.

I went thru 3 returns of this model TV with Vizio until i finally got a refund. The Tvs have an error that a Letter F, for factory mode come up constantly with the volume blaring at 78 and is so loud. Its very annoying and you have to reboot the TVs many times to get rid of it. If it happens on your Tv after you buy it, return it to Walmart if you are still under return time, do not call Vizio support.

Picture quality is horrible. It's very dark. The older movies are even worser. It's like you can see each pixel individually. The sound is not clear. It sounds as if there's bass but speaker being covered. It was on sale so I'm ok with it but the fill price is not Worth it.
