TV seemed ok for the price. Slow functioning, took too long to switch channels, adjust sound etc. confusing to program. Difficult for my 80 yo mother to manage. And Sound quality was poor. But then it just stopped working all together. Less than 6 months , total loss. Not happy.

This TV Requires you to setup a VIZIO account, Requires Internet connection at start up before you can do anything and kept stalling or timing out while in setup mode. I had purchased 2 of these for separate areas and both stalled out taking about 1-2hrs to setup on each tv.

This was I think the best purchase I’ve ever made in my life. It has a great picture everything works great and I love the price it is so very much worth the price. You can control it from your phone you get all kinds of channels and movies FREE with the app.

I’ve been a Samsung TV user for years and even though I was drawn from the price, I like the Vizio TV, it’s ease of operation and the quality, I’m especially impressed by he availability of free channels, movies and news. All my streaming needs work effortlessly and conveniently. So far I’m enjoying the TV and figuring what the functions are.

You now have to have an app installed to operate the television. This is replacing the same exact model that’s only 4 years old that developed a line all the way across the screen directly in the middle. I did not have to have an app installed on my phone for that television. I dislike that very much. I did not see that in the description, otherwise I would have purchased a different model. The remotes that were for the tv this one replaced ( same exact tv size and model number )works on this new model as well. The remotes that came with this new one is simplified and about 5 inches long.

I never had the Vizio brand of TV. I ordered it for a child. I was unaware that a Walmart account was needed to operate the TV. So I made a secondary account using my backup email account. I feel an invasion of privacy. The sound quality is poor. I’m going to try to return the tv or sell it.

Thais tv is the death of me, it will just pause for no reason the volume will not go up or down, then all of a sudden it either goes too high or too low, not to mention it will turn off on its own and it not in sleep mode l, I want to return it, I never had a problem with VISIO I LOVE THIS BRAND, I think this one have a malfunction

This TV gets five stars across the board! It has so many features, the picture is perfect. The sound is perfect and the price was perfect. It’s a great size for my bedroom and the ease of setting it up was wonderful. I also like the fact that it doesn’t weigh 2 tons like our ancient 10-year-old TVs do. I highly recommend this TV!

Love this smart tv. It is my first smart tv. I really enjoy the nature scenes that come up on down time. The install/set up was very easy. Just follow the onscreen steps. The picture quality is beautiful, however the sound is not amazing. This tv is in my bedroom otherwise I would just use a sound box for better quality sound. It’s not horribly bad. I definitely recommend this tv. The price for the quality is so amazing. When I need a bigger one for my living room I will look here for that. Bottom line….LOVE IT

As a student with a wifi that has a username and password, this tv doesn't work and only has an input for the password. Also, the network setup is incredibly stressful, complicated, and makes you download an app just to connect the tv to wifi. 0/10 setup.
