Thais tv is the death of me, it will just pause for no reason the volume will not go up or down, then all of a sudden it either goes too high or too low, not to mention it will turn off on its own and it not in sleep mode l, I want to return it, I never had a problem with VISIO I LOVE THIS BRAND, I think this one have a malfunction

I dont know how they measure TVs but this is not 40 inches its 35. The picture quality is good the setup was super easy. The sound on it isnt that great consider a sound bar for it for better sound. I dont see returning it but someone might consider sound quality important.

Have had many issues with this tv. Have already had to power reset 3x. Apps wouldn’t open getting stuck on the opening screen, the volume buttons on my remote randomly stopped working, and now I can’t turn it off without unplugging the tv. If you’re going to spend any money on a tv get something else because I guarantee there are better options than this

The remote pictured in the ad includes a mic. The remote that it comes with does not include a mic. I have learned that I have to purchase this separately, false advertising. The sound fluctuates so tremendously that I cannot even watch this once the kids go to sleep because it will get extremely loud. The picture quality is good. i purchased this because it fits in my closet.

No I would not recommend this product. The first day I got it I had to create an account just to even get it to start up. Then on top of that it lags so bad. Turn volume up/down it freezes, then jumps straight high or low. Can’t pause stuff sometimes it pauses itself. Then I have to unplug it to reset it cause it don’t have a reset button on the tv anywhere. Multiple reviews saying the same thing. Only wished I would have read them before buying.

i love the tv only small problem is we are a spotify family and spotify isnt available on this tv so i have to open it on my phone and pair it to the tv that way not a big problem but wish spotify was an app on the tv we dont listen to anything else. picture is great, and the volume is on point. i dont have to turn it up to 80 just to hear it.

Good TV. Clear picture even at an angle. Lots of streaming options you have wifi, including quite a bit of free content. Good selection of apps. Very lightweight and easy to wall-mount. Remote could be better. Apps are laggy to the point of annoyance. Overall, this was a good purchase with a few minor trade-offs.

I love this tv, it was delivered fast, new in box. screen and picture looks beautiful. if you have it on but not watching anything it automatically put on calming background with music. Just my taste. i think it's better than roku. Also have 4 roku tvs. and i love this one more. because it fits my style. On go watch, live tv, all the apps i need except 1 lol, fast casting. great value for this tv. Will purchase more.

I don't like the legs. I would prefer legs that sit down more flat on the surface since I have to put the tv on a stand and can't mount it. I couldn't get the legs tightened enough to prevent the tv from tipping forward. I had to get my stronger than me grandson to come over and finish tightening the legs. The tv is sturdier on the table now but still a little wobbly unlike the tv that I replaced it with. The sound is okay but not as clear as I would like. Picture is good but not as sharp as I would like. I have gone into the settings and made some adjustment to the picture and sound that helped some. I don't want to spend more money to buy a soundbar. On the good side the tv was very easy to set up.

I returned this item because it would change aspect ratio randomly while watching movies which was too annoying to be ignored. I tried a soft reset, updated software, and tried changing settings. A google troubleshooting search suggested it was because a game console or other device connected was causing the issue, but I did not have any devices connected. If not for that problem it would have been a great TV for the price. The last TV I purchased was a VIZIO and it also had software problems but I had thrown the box away too soon and was stuck with it. I gave the brand another chance with this purchase and had to return it for different software problems. Walmart returned the TV and I ended up spending more on a SAMSUNG that is working perfectly. Save the time and hassle and spend a little more for a better product.
