Live in the country and only have an antenna which only gets local channels but with the smart tv and WiFi we get a lot of other channels now

Pair the remote once somehow it got unpaired and now it won't find it again very frustrating and no I would not buy this TV again

the only complaint is the remote very difficult buttons are crowded and small and the volume is in a horrible position along with other ones

The tv has great color, very crisp and bright. The remote is very user friendly. I definitely would recommend this tv. Well worth the money.

absolutely awful. I donated my Panasonic I had for 14 years with nothing wrong for this tv. Constantly drops from wifi and goes black.

The picture will freeze to where I have to unplug the tv . Now the picture gets hazy when I'm on the load screens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got tv after my old one died. After a year the backlight died out after having the tv randomly go black and being asked to merge with another account. This is the shortest living tv out of me and my friends.

All I wanted was a plug and play tv. This was not it. There were so many steps to get this tv setup. And it's still not ready. Cannot get antenna set up. Can't find the setting to choose antenna. Frustrating. Past return window, that's on me. Will be replacing as soon as I can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy a new TV after our previous Vizio's sound was cutting in and out. It was 15 years old, so probably aboit time. Looked at a lot of tv's and decided on sticking with Vizio. I loved my TV before. The smart TV. Well, it's not Vizio's fault, but it takes some getting used to and I don't really care for it. It lags a lot and won't go over or read commands right a way. A quick "dumb down" just using the Firestick helped a lot. I love the TV, overall. Great look, perfect size, and sound is great! Got another one, a bit smaller, for main bedroom too. So, for me, works to stick woth the brand I know.
