TV IS FINE - secure in box but someone failed to take off the security tag. I am not bringing back just for that - I can cut them off. Delivery person did not act too bright - wasn't sure how to carry both packages at same time One big, one little and dropped the little one. The TV box has handles on it for easy carry.

So far so good. No need to connect my fire stick because all you have to do now is sign into all of your apps that is already setup on the smart tv. However, I disliked how complicated it was for me to go through all of the setting up just for the tv to work. I have never issues setting up a tv but I guess that’s what it takes for a tv smart as this. Other than that. I am enjoying everything else about it.

the absolute worst tv i have ever owned. it started having problems the first day we brought it home. it was super slow and would pause Hulu every 15 minutes. would not open some apps. every single time i would try to press down to go to a streaming app it would show a screen that said “smart cast is loading. we’ll be right back” worst tv ever.

This was bought to replace a Phillips Roku 32 inch for a bedroom that blew out in a power outage. The set-up was so confusing, and one of the screens i needed wasn't coming up. No manual or set-up instructions. You have to go online. Had to keep restarting til it finally came up. Vizios live tv is horrible compared to Roku. Plus, every time you change a channel, it has to refresh, so there is lag time. I've never had that with any TV before. Remote does not have a previous channel button or pause on it. The picture is great, though. I've only had it 3 days but still deciding whether I want to take it back or not. I'm looking for a new TV for the living room and I know it won't be a Vizio.

Top quality Smart TV in this price range. Not able to keep ALL selected channels at the 6x9 aspect ratio. Exc Menu and Settings. Easy to unpack and set up. VIZIO isn't an LG but it's not junk either. Well made. Perfect for the bedroom/basement, etc. Well worth the price and Walmart ships it to you in a couple days. Perfect for the sports game room. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got tv after my old one died. After a year the backlight died out after having the tv randomly go black and being asked to merge with another account. This is the shortest living tv out of me and my friends.

Bought a Vizio because they’re suppose to be the best brand. It skips and lags, has trouble picking up the remote. We know it’s not the wifi because there’s no problems with our other TVs and this one is closest to the wifi. Disappointed to say the least.

Upgraded from the 32" in the bedroom to this 40" model, can't go bigger due to the size of the cabinet but being 25% larger makes a huge difference. Color and clarity are nice, basic plug and play model. No reason to spend more and so far we have been happy with both Vizio's.

I was dissapointed that there was onlt 2 HDMI ports and NO RCA inputs for audio/video so that I could connect my VHS/DVD unit . and The older VIZIO TV has a lot more connectivity possibilities. I should had doug deeper while I was searching for a repacement TV

The "feet" are too wide to sit where I need to put on my shelf. The remote does not work. I replaced the batteries, still does not work. There has to be a setting somewhere that has been programed to turn on in the early morning like 4-6 a.m. I have been seriously ill and nòt5v
