TV IS FINE - secure in box but someone failed to take off the security tag. I am not bringing back just for that - I can cut them off. Delivery person did not act too bright - wasn't sure how to carry both packages at same time One big, one little and dropped the little one. The TV box has handles on it for easy carry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got tv after my old one died. After a year the backlight died out after having the tv randomly go black and being asked to merge with another account. This is the shortest living tv out of me and my friends.

The "feet" are too wide to sit where I need to put on my shelf. The remote does not work. I replaced the batteries, still does not work. There has to be a setting somewhere that has been programed to turn on in the early morning like 4-6 a.m. I have been seriously ill and nòt5v

Everything about this TV was excellent except two things. The remote did not Have a microphone to be able to give audio commands, And it does not give you the option to load Spectrum my local TV service provider. I did order another remote that was offered in my startup page, but it did not pair with the TV, but I am still able to use the microphone the Second problem is the streaming for Spectrum. I believe the only resolve is to purchase a Roku and that does stream spectrum which I may end up doing. But other than that those two things it’s a great TV for the price.

I purchase two Vizio smart TVs and both have the same issues. Picture is great on both, but there are a host of problems. 1. The TVs can only be turned off by unplugging them. Otherwise, they turns back on every 10 mins or so when I use the remote (creepy). 2. If that’s not enough, every two or three days they reset themselves and have to redownload apps, confirm your language and permission s over and over again. I have not had these problems with other Vizio smart TVs in my home. Usually it’s one and done.

This was an impulse buy to replace an old TV in a bedroom, and I'm pleasantly surprised. This unit has a nice picture and it is very simple to set up streaming applications, especially if you have the streaming app on your phone. The remote is compact and easy to use, and takes minimal effort to learn which buttons you need in the dark. There is a remote application for your phone as well, though it seams a bit under developed for an app.

Great tv for the price. I’ve always liked Vizio, whenever we’ve upgraded that’s the brand we go with. But was disappointed when I bought one a few years ago, the lemon I finally replaced with this new one. I would highly recommend this brand. Great value.

I purchased this TV several months ago, and it sat in my spare bedroom until last week (2/10/2025). I had a professional to hang it on the wall. Well, I watched the TV for about 2 weeks, went to the bathroom, and came back into the room to find the TV showing half of the picture and the other side of the TV was not working it was streaks with lines of many colors. I'm very disappointed!

I'd give ot a 3.5. If you look at other reviews, then you know why. Top complaint, it freezes while watching and takes forever to even load when you turn it on. Next, the sound quality is very poor, and you may want to look at getting a sound bar if you do end up buying it. All that said, it's got good picture quality and comes loaded with apps.

Great product! I liked how easy it was to set up. The TV is pretty lightweight and the instructions were simple. Vizio offers a great selection of free movies, etc so you get a lot for your money. The picture is excellent (vivid colors and sharp images). This is the 2nd Vizio product that I have in the house. Good choice for a reasonable priced, medium sized TV!(40 in).
