The picture is excellent and the features are easy to navigate. The sound is hollow, though. I've tried all of the adjustments that I can, but the speakers sound like they're in a coffee can no matter what I do. I'm definitely going to get a better sound system for it.

the remote is awful and cheap. I have to smash the buttons or smack it to work . I have replaced with brand new Energizer batteries and no change. the TV takes forever to actually load whatever option I choose. I have highest tier Internet because I work from home.

The picture is fine but the sound is trash. Keeps making a popping sound had this issue before with another Vizio television and when the people came to bring in a replacement they even said they had to get there's replaced as well for the same reason the sound not working or having issues.

Buyer beware: this “smart TV” is NOT compatible with Xfinity, one of the largest cable %26 streaming providers. The Xfinity streaming app cannot be installed on this television. We have not had this issue with any of our other branded televisions so it never entered our mind to check first. If you subscribe to Xfinity, you’ll want to get a different television or you have to buy a Roku or something similar.

I have two older Vizio televisions that have been fine, but this one is junk. I realize it’s a low end model, but unlike the televisions in the house, this one went in the garage and will never have a gaming system hooked up to it, all I wanted was wifi and the usual apps. First off, you now have to create an account with Vizio to even be able to access the apps. Pretty annoying. Secondly, the wifi antenna is apparently shielded because it absolutely sucks. I have a Sonos speaker and other devices in the garage that utilize the wifi without issues, but I had to put a range extender in the house for this tv. It still has issues and every time I turn in on I have to reconnect it even though the signal is now 5 bars in the garage. Seriously considering donating this one to charity and giving a low end LG a try.

I purchased this TV because it was exactly the same as my old TV that just died! I loved my old TV and it fit perfectly in the cabinet I had it in. I tried another brand, but it did not fit the cabinet and was not as easy to use, so I returned it and bought another just like my old one! Back to normal! Not everything newer and bigger is actually better!

ive had 2 Vizios before this one, that were super sturdy with a solid stand. This one is so flimsy and lightweight and the stand parts that hold the tv up are a joke! first of all, the screws aren't even long enough, so i had to struggle to fit those 8n place. They are very wobbly and its like the tv is going to topple over if u dont have extra support on all sides. id return for a better tv, but just getting it back in the box, is a nightmare. Look for something else, seriously.

This is definitely a nice television. Unfortunately, the screws that came with it for the feet on the bottom. Do not fit, they won't tighten up. And it seems like the hole may be a little bigger than the screw I had to order some new feet with new screws, so I could set this up and there are also no other holes drilled on there for me, replace these feet. Otherwise it's a great set.I'll end gave it a three because of the screws not fitting with properly

Buyer beware! All of a sudden completely stopped working within a few month and is totally broken. Also, requires specific Viseo remotes and the Home Screen is challenging to navigate. You will frequently be pushed different apps and have to take extra time finding your go to apps/stations. More about selling you on their products than an easy navigation experience. Not worth the low price!

Have had many issues with this tv. Have already had to power reset 3x. Apps wouldn’t open getting stuck on the opening screen, the volume buttons on my remote randomly stopped working, and now I can’t turn it off without unplugging the tv. If you’re going to spend any money on a tv get something else because I guarantee there are better options than this
