There is a major delay between the remote and tv. I tried to ignore it at first just to avoid the hassle of a return but I will reaching out to Vizio for repair as I have missed the window for return on the tv. Also, my prime video stopped responding on this tv and I have yet to figure out how to delete the app and reinstall.

I bought this as a replacement for my 7 year old Vizio that was starting to show light spots. I'm amazed at how far the advancements have come over the last few years. The image quality is fabulous, i'm now using a soundbar and subwoofer and could not be happier. Walmart's sale price on this set was phenomenal and i could not be any happier. it fits in my cabinet better than the old one.

Prime and Netflix load %26 play flawlessly, Paramount and most other apps take forever to load if they load at all and lock up the system forcing me to unplug the television. Either they need to update the firmware or have the vendor update the apps or both.

This is my first Television with out Cable. The application downloaded works with my Internet service. There are many channels to choose from. Most channels are free, but there are selections for subscriptions like Netflix. I loveee the TV Cast from my phone to this TV. I can watch my YouTuve channel

I have a tv from the 80’s perfect picture and sound. The only downfall is it’s not a smart tv. I have to run a speaker at night not to disturb my neighbor. It runs perfectly through my old tv and Roku device.. It connects to the tv but it doesn’t play. It sounds like Charlie Brown’s teacher. I say keep your expectations low.

this little Vizio TV would not accept my WiFi password. It was necessary to ask my techie son-in-law to come help with it. He had to totally reset the TV because it was somehow not up-to-date internally. After about 45 minutes of laborious updates, it would accept my Wi-Fi password. For an average user this would’ve been nearly impossible.

The picture is clear. Volume doesn't automatically adjust to compensate for differences between programming and advertisements. No caller ID. The most frustrating part is that very frequently when the TV is turned on it goes to setup. The process to get out of setup and to programming is difficult and frustrating, unless you are a techy person. We replaced a 23" LG because we could not get a 40" to fit in our cabinet.

the picture quality is meh..it was challenging to find the HDMI port on the TV. It's on the right side of the tv when facing you. It being a smart tv, i tried to connect to my internet, but it failed over and over. Apparently, you need Spectrum, and i have Fidium. I'm not sure why it does that service only. The volume is tricky. When a commercial comes on, it's louder than the movie was. The feet need to be attached to the tv, but they are wobbly. Finally got it screwed in good but was afraid I'd strip the screw. For the price, it's alright. It's not a top of the line tv, but it works for now.

Waited a longtime to purchase a TV for my bedroom and this Vizio was a great choice. The picture is crystal clear, the sound is good and thankfully the set up was quite simple. It’s a 40 inch which is perfect to view across the room. Really happy with it.,
