This is my first Vizio and it will be my last! Initially I was really liking this tv as the picture is good, and it was very easy to set up, and then it started to freeze all the time. Sometimes I can't even turn it off with the remote or even manually with the button on the bottom of the screen! I have to actually unplug it! Although, it was a great price, I should have gone with a different brand and just paid more. I hate this tv and would not recommend. In this I definitely got what I paid for. Junk!

I loved this tv until it started to fail keeping the internet connection . For some reason every time I reset it or try to reconnect it refuses to take the password but upon insisting it finally works and then loses the connection again after a few minutes. I seek a replacement for the same tv same brand same size.

Nice tv! Does all the things a smart tv is supposed to I guess. I never use it in that way however. It's used as a display for a laptop for movies. But the picture is very nice, a great price too.. The weight I found bizarre. The packaging weighs more, but the lightness is a good thing as this is mounted to the wall on a swing out arm, so no complaints.

I bought it because on sale! don’t get a lot of channels with my regular antenna, not sure if I am going to keep it or not

Bought for my 65 year old male roommate it’s hard for him to navigate the remote and all the great features

This is the perfect sized TV for my very small apartment. The picture and sound quality are both excellent.

i like the quality, and stylish look, having to get an app just for my television was time consuming and tedious.

There was absolutely no directions in the box on how to set up the tv. I guess I need a college degree to figure it out. This is ridiculous!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The navigation was slow and unreliable, the remote is tiny and very poorly laid out for anyones normal hand size and rather impossible for a mans larger hand to use easily, and set up of this TV was very unsatisfactory and required immediate troubleshooting and resetting to factory settings to make it work properly which meant starting all over and even then it still has its frustrating features and a really cheap frustrating to use remote that doesn't work unless you hit tap the Round directional bar in just the right spot... If that was gonna be the case then it should just have a D pad not the round O button that barely works.... For a Brand that I otherwise have always liked I will be very careful in the future or just no longer buy Vizio at all...

This Vizio TV is actually amazing! The picture quality is phenomenal—the colors are vibrant, the screen is clear, and the sound quality is great. For the price, I definitely feel like it was worth the money. My only complaint is that it constantly disconnects from the internet, which can be really annoying. I've had to reconnect it and sometimes reprogram the Wi-Fi settings to get everything working again. If Vizio could fix the connectivity issue, this would easily be a 5-star TV for me. Other than that, I'm very happy with the picture, color, sound, and overall quality. Definitely a great TV for the money!
