Easy order process, the safe is a solid well built fire/water resistant strong box. This safe also has 3 secure ways to make a second combination code. The original code will never change. It will be an excellent backup. I am very happy with this purchase.

So far the safe appears to be just what I wanted. I am enjoying using it. It is very sturdy and well built. The shelves were easily adjustable. It opens easily. However the safe arrived in a make shift box and the safe have several deep scratches. It had a lot of white substance/gritty powder. The back of the shelves have multiple permanent black fingerprints and the felt lining is not completely glued to all services. I’m still struggling with the cheaply made keypad. I hope I don’t have issues with it later. Overall, the safe size is just what I wanted and I would recommend it.

This safe met my expectations for a secure safe and, with the adjustable shelves there is ample room for everything regardless of shape or size!. (I do miss a light source ; however a torch works just fine) this safe is well made and not difficult to install; best of all it is user friendly. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

I was looking for a safe that had the needed size for binders of important data and documents as well as valuable personal items and the ability to safely store handguns when away, this is it. Arrived is great condition. Programming access code was easy. Was surprised in just how easy it is to move this safe even with its weight. Will not bolt down due to loss of water tight integrity but am looking at a strap down system that will accomplish the same thing. The shelves are easy to adjust. Depending on location, you may want to keep a flashlight inside or put in a battery op LED light, it's dark inside and depending on what you're storing it will be easier to find. We have had two very close calls with hurricanes in the last two years and wanted peace of mind for any possible flooding as well as fire protection. I did find the keypad to be much cheaper made plastic than I expected and hope the durability is better than it appears on that part - does not seem consistent with the quality construction of the rest of the safe.

The safe seems larger than the dimensions provided even though it is not. Everything that we needed to put in it for safekeeping fits perfectly with room to spare. It will definitely suite our purpose. The delivery came a little early and the team delivering were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks

I do like the safe I have an issue with the industrial oil smell that it has at this time as I bought this to store plant based medicine and the smell could ruin my meds. I also had an issue with the door not locking removed the inner panel and discovered a bent piece, bent it back and works fine now. I do like it but something needs to be done about the smell.

After my first safe arrived severely damaged ( dent in top which cracked the seam) I insisted on a different carrier. Fed ex delivered the replacement. Set up and operation is easy. I suggest better packaging for shipment. Also 3?shelves are flimsy. Beef them up! Otherwise it meets my needs!

This safe is the perfect size. Easy to set up. The only issue was the water proof gasket is so thick the door could not open initially. Customer service was awesome and worked through the issue with me. Once i got the door open i removed. the gasket. I will t replace it with a thinner one of my own. Overall i am extremely happy with this safe

Read a lot of reviews and it made me real leery about the product, but so far everything is good. Came in good shape and everything seems to work. One bad point is the desiccant bags that come in the safe - throw them out IMMEDIATLY ! They smell like super-concentrated Lysol and it is overwhelming in a small space. Had to spray Febreze and leave safe open for 3 or 4 days to remove some of the stink. Also vacuum out the inside because there is white powder inside that seems to be from the mounting holes exposed cement. Also wish the skeleton keys were shorter so I could have one on a keyring, but not a big deal. Just hope it works for a long time. ( I had a Mesa safe that broke inside the locking mechanism. Even the key wouldn't work. Had to call a safe cracker (locksmith) to drill a hole in it to open it, and there were no repair parts available. Trashed it and cost as much as the safe to get my stuff out. ) Don't want that to happen with this one.

Seems to be stoutly built. Handle tight, lock system seems to be good. Had a combination safe, but my wife could never get it open. Only complaint I currently have is the holes to secure the safe to thecwall aren't 18 inches apart, the distance between studs.
