Too hard to even grate

My store used to carry Parmigiano Reggiano. They stopped and this is the only whole parm they carry now. Compared to Parmigiano Reggiano, this cheese is bland; it lacks flavor (yes, that was redundant). I won't be buying this again. Kraft parm in the can has more flavor than this. Maybe it's just that we can't have nice things in North Dakota.

Not nearly as good as Parmesan Ruggiano. Doesn't have the tang or depth of flavor

great flavor and texture at reasonable pricing, perfect for melting or topping

Parmesan in the wedge is always better than pre-ground.

Delicious and High Quality. Theee is a fantastic Parmesan.
