My store used to carry Parmigiano Reggiano. They stopped and this is the only whole parm they carry now. Compared to Parmigiano Reggiano, this cheese is bland; it lacks flavor (yes, that was redundant). I won't be buying this again. Kraft parm in the can has more flavor than this. Maybe it's just that we can't have nice things in North Dakota.

Not Reggiano, but a decent substitute

Parmesan in the wedge is always better than pre-ground.

This has got to be my favorite cheese, I use it in a lot of my cooking, salads and just plain snacking on.

I have many food allergies and this is pure simple Parmesan cheese that taste great and does well with anything you would use it on or for.
