Please bring back the authentic Parmesan cheese from Parma, Italy. This USA cheese is AWFUL. Will not piuchase this again.

Tasty parm! Not too salty and a bit softer than most parms! Melts perfectly in soups, stews, etc. Easy to grate.

Great cheese but hard to use up before it starts to mold. I have thrown away to much over my purchase.

Tastes better than Parmigiano Reggiano to me, because it doesn't have the sour background note that I dislike in the Parm Reg.

Aged Parmesan cheese in a block is really delicious & doesnt dry out like pre-shredded Parmesan cheese.

Nothing beats freshly shredded Parmesan on salads and pasta. It’s a night and day difference from the prepackaged stuff.

Bought it to use for alfredo but it didnt turn out like it does with other brands. Would be fine grated for topping

Delicious! Big difference from powdered parmesean. If you can afford the extra expense, buy it. So fresh, trnder and tasty!
