This has got to be my favorite cheese, I use it in a lot of my cooking, salads and just plain snacking on.

Excellent cheese at a great price. Added some of the rind to homemade spaghetti sauce as it simmered. Absolutely delicious.

Priced reasonably and so much better tasting than pre-shredded or packaged. Buying a chunk of it is worth it, just for the flavor!

Bring back the Parmigiano-Reggiano. It was more expensive but so much better! I will not by this type again. It ruined the dishes I had planned.
