Put it in a food processor to grate it finely thin into a zip lock and the freezer. Last forever that way and super easy without all the cellulose typically found in pre-grated cheese.

I picked up the Member’s Mark Parmesan wedge, and honestly, it’s a solid deal for the price per pound. The flavor is rich and nutty—perfect for grating over pasta, salads, or snacking. It melts nicely too, and the wedge lasts a good while in the fridge. For the quality and price, I’d definitely buy it again!

I was looking for the fresh shredded or grated, but I had to grate by hand. It's ok, but please restock the grated.

I'm impressed with this cheese and think it is an outstanding value. It is similar to Grana Padano which is high praise.

Fresh parm is always better. From grated to room temperature slivers on crackers or veggies and then of course salads, pastas, pizza or soups it’s all good. Save the rind for soups and sauces. It won’t melt down but we manage to eat that too.

Nothing compares to freshly grated Parmesan cheese. I add it to my special Italian braided bread wherein I put cheese, onion, spices and butter into each “strand” of the braid.

I use a lot of parmesan in baking and cooking. The Members Mark brand is right up there in quality with other brand fine cheese, and the price is perfect.

This is quality cheese especially for those with lactose issues.

Tastes great but is really tough to grate for me. I didn’t realize it would be so hard to grate. I guess I need another grater to grate it.
