Parm cheese is a must in our house.  This wedge was perfect.  We use palm on a lot of things and love the option to buy a wedge and shred / grate fresh.

Parmesan Wedge Cheese - best ever

I have been using this cheese for years and it is by far the very best out there.
And it's a great value compared to other brands. 
Glad to see Sam's continuing to carry it.

I picked up the Member's Mark Parmesan wedge, and honestly, it's a solid deal for the price per pound. The flavor is rich and nutty—perfect for grating over pasta, salads, or snacking. It melts nicely too, and the wedge lasts a good while in the fridge. For the quality and price, I'd definitely buy it again!
