I love fresh Parmesan cheese. But there's so much of this block that is dry. So I only buy it when I'm really craving Parmesan cheese. I grate the dry and use it for cooking

I use Parmesan Cheese for a variety of dishes. Grated over almost anything produces a texture and flavor that enhances a meat as well as a vegetarian entree. Oh, and btw, it's great sliced to enjoy!

It is great cheese, but it is a larger wedge than I can use easily. I wish it were about half size so I don’t waste it. Good price so I will continue to purchase but I need a better plan for me
