Aged Parmesan cheese in a block is really delicious & doesnt dry out like pre-shredded Parmesan cheese.

This Parmesan is the perfect accompaniment for Italian cuisine. Its texture makes it a great shredding cheese.

Great cheese but hard to use up before it starts to mold. I have thrown away to much over my purchase.

I like to grate this over vegetables or eggs. I like to slice off some for a great snack to holds you over until your next meal.

Tasty parm! Not too salty and a bit softer than most parms! Melts perfectly in soups, stews, etc. Easy to grate.

Bought it to use for alfredo but it didnt turn out like it does with other brands. Would be fine grated for topping

Good stuff, great price. I'm not a cheese connoisseur, so it may have its deficiencies, but for our purposes, it is a great buy.
