We buy in bulk 4-6 packages at a time, as long as you do not open the package I'd guess they would last months. We open and grate them as we need it and reseal the bag with a machine so air does not get to it.

This is really good Parmesan cheese. We have been buying it from Sam's Club for years. We grate it ourselves and keep it on hand in the refrigerator. It is great for a Caesar salad, or on top of spaghetti, or for use in recipes.

Love this cheese has a bit of a nutty flavor wonderful for Basil Pesto, in Italian sauces or anywhere you need Parmesan cheese. The flavor is so much better than the pre shredded cheese

With prices on import parmesan getting insanely high, I decided to move my family to the domestic type. You will not confuse this with an italian-made Parmesan Reggiano, but its the best domestic parmesan I have ever tried.
