FRESH REAL CHEESE

Soft almost no taste. Not a good parmesan

I bought this for pasta, but I really don't know if I'm eating WAX or cheese. It looks like a very think layer of wax, all around, very hard to cut off, I've probably wasted most of it. Don't waste your time trying this, it's cheap and not great tasting.

The authentic Italian Parmesan Sam's used to have was SO MUCH better, and only slightly more expensive.

It was good but I've had significantly better flavored Parmesan in other brands and the same price range
