I love this cheese. Shreds well, melts quickly. First purchase. I’ll buy more.

I like the Parmesan but I feel as though it is a little over priced

Honestly, this cheese is the only reason I have a Sam's Club membership. It's just that good.

Good stuff, great price. I'm not a cheese connoisseur, so it may have its deficiencies, but for our purposes, it is a great buy.

My wife accidentally bought this instead of real Parmesan, it’s bland, has the texture of cheap cheddar and sticks to your teeth. At least the dog likes it.

This parm is awful. Sams occasionally has another parm Regiano that’s 24 months aged that is exceptional. This is not that cheese. This cheese does not melt into sauces, it gloops up on your fork or plate. It doesn’t taste like much of anything.

I shred up the whole thing right away and measure it out into baggies to freeze. I mostly use it in alfredo sauce, but I recently tried it on pasta and am in love!(I was hesitant because of having a different kind, years ago, that was not good at all)

We usually buy the imported Parmesan Cheese from another Big Box store, and of course you can't beat real Italian Parmesan. HOWEVER - we saw this domestic parmesan at Sam's and it was roughly HALF the price of the imported version, so we figured it was worth a try at that price. Well, we were definitely VERY surprised when we discovered that this Parmesan tasted amazing! I didn't do a blind taste test or taste them side by side, but it was good enough to make me keep this cheese on rotation in our house for pastas, pizzas, soups, etc. This cheese is an excellent value and it tastes VERY good. I think most people would not know the difference unless they did a side-by-side taste test between this and the real imported version. If you're on a budget I would HIGHLY recommend this excellent American Parmesan cheese for most people.

Fantastic, I love hard cheese. A little too salty but some folks like that.
