Great cheese

Great buy

Too dry!

This tastes like plastic. Tried using it as I didn’t want to throw it up. But ended up in the trash. No wonder it was so cheap.

This cheese is inferior in flavor, texture, & has a rubbery mouth-feel, beside leaving an odd aftertaste in my sauces. I miss the Parmigiano Reggiano they used to carry.

I love the cheese but after cutting off the heavy, thick rind, I am thinking that this cheese is not as great of a buy as I originally thought. Just wondering, can the rind be eaten? If so, how does it taste compared to the other part of the cheese?

This is not even close of Parmesan

Good cheese at a good price. However we prefer the Parmesan/Regianno combo that Sam’s used to carry. This is one note. But we like it for what it is.

Really, have any of you even tried Reggiano Parmesan cheese? Sam's actually carries Argitoni Parmigiano Reggiano, aged 24 months and probably compares to the Del Gusto parmesan like Del Gusto compares to Kraft in a green shaker.

I sure hope you don’t discontinue this cheese too!! This is a wonderful cheese!!
