Had bought this instead of a brand name I'd previously bought and it was very good. Purchased again after many months. Not the same, taste was awful. Did not taste the same, something was changed. Can't even finish it. Doesn't give that parm flavor to my dishes. Will not purchase again.

With a little effort,grate your cheese, you actually use less for better flavor.

I wish it came just a little smaller

After owning this a week mold was so thick on it.

Great price! Nutty salty flavor. I cut it and vaccumn seal pieces separately
