Had bought this instead of a brand name I'd previously bought and it was very good. Purchased again after many months. Not the same, taste was awful. Did not taste the same, something was changed. Can't even finish it. Doesn't give that parm flavor to my dishes. Will not purchase again.

I cannot recommend this cheese. The wedge I purchased is shiny on all sides. I cannot easily break it apart with a knife into chunks like most parmesan does. Very thick rind. Never had parmesan cheese with a shiny surface on all sides. Unpleasant taste and texture.

After owning this a week mold was so thick on it.

I like the Parmesan but I feel as though it is a little over priced

Fantastic, I love hard cheese. A little too salty but some folks like that.

I love this cheese. Shreds well, melts quickly. First purchase. I’ll buy more.
