I BOUGHT IT IN AUGUST, AND IT WAS DELIVERED IN MID SEPT JUST LIKE ADVERTIZED. IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOT TUB, IT HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO INCLUDE THE 3 HORSEPOWER DUAL SPEED PUMP, IT HAS PLENTY OF POWER IN THE JETS UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING PUSHED OUT OF THE SEAT WITH PRESSURE. QUALITY IS FINE AND IT HOOKED UP EASILY WITH THE ELECTRICAL. IT IS A LITTLE SMALL TO SAY IT FITS 6-7 BUT ACTUALLY ALL THE 6-7 SEAT HOT TUBS ARE THAT UNLESS YOU SIT WITHOUT YOUR LEGS OUT. ITS JUST RIGHT FOR 4 ADULTS THAT WANT TO STRETCH OUT. OR 2 ADULTS AND SOME KIDS. I BOUGHT THIS ON THE $2999.00 SALE AND IM ACTUALLY GOING TO WAIT TILL ITS THAT AGAIN AND BUY ANOTHER ONE AND KEEP IT ALL WRAPPED UP NICE ON THE PALLET, LIKE IT IS SHIPPED, SO I HAVE ANOTHER ONE DOWN THE LINE WHEN THIS ONE WEARS OUT 5-10 YEARS. THATS STILL ALOT CHEAPER THAN PAYING THE 7500-10000 THAT THE DEALERS WANT FOR THE SAME THING. I WOULD TELL ANYONE THAT IS SKEPTICAL OF BUYING A BIG PURCHASE ON LINE AND WAITING AND HOPING IT SHOWS UP.. THAT THIS WAS A GOOD WAIT, AND IM VERY GLAD I TOOK THE CHANCE.

This was a replacement for a hot tub that we had had for over 15 years that finally lost its life a few months ago. Basing our purchase on reviews and price, we decided on this unit. We were quite surprise to receive delivery after only 2 weeks since other hot tub dealers had stated it could be more than a month before they could deliver. Set up does require some experience with electrical work or you'll have to hire an electrician; this is not a plug and play unit. It took a full day to get to max heat, but it was extremely cold here the week we set it up. Our lower rating is mainly based on our opinion that this unit does not get as hot as we'd like. Max heat on this one is 104. We just don't feel as "cozy" in it as we did in our previous hot tub. Also, the seats/bottom of this unit feel a little soft when you step on them; this is a bit concerning as they should feel firm. Hoping this isn't the beginning of an issue. It's also a bit noisy when the heater is cycling on and off. Overall, an "okay" hot tub. Don't think it will last as long as our previous unit.

Purchased to replace an older spa which was also 220. Delivered to my driveway. I used a moving pallet and a couple of neighbors to move it onto existing slab. Easy hook up, if you are prewired. Shimmed to level. Well packaged, no damage. No problems.

This took 4 months to get I guess due to Covid. The updates where terrible. I had to chase down some one at the hot tub company to find out what was going on. The person I got was very nice and gave me some updates but without me doing that it was a black hole. Hot tub had a big scratch across it but what are my options at this point. Hot tub itself is really good and I would recommend it just wish the experience was better.

Very powerful jets, well constructed. I did my research and this was rated as the best mid-level hot tub. More than lived up to its reviews. A friend has a much more expensive hot tub and the jets aren't nearly as powerful.

Have this spa for 1 month. It is roomy, comfortable and relaxing. Has many of the features of a more expensive hot tub. Wish there was another pump for all of the jets to work at the same time. The water temperature stays at the set temperature.

The spa is great love it....getting it to arrive to me was a real hassle. Shipping company only arrange for it to be delivered to me after I made several phone calls to them. And then is was different logistics company that finally delivered it to me 7 days after I was original to receive the spa.

Brought last month and it really looks and functions well. I hated the fact that the delivery was dropped in the middle of my driveway and I could not pay extra to have it rolled into my backyard. I am a senior with health problems and had to wait several days for help. Plus the driver had a poor attitude.

I purchased the spa and expected a lesser quality considering the price but it surpasses our previous spa in jets and for about 1/2 the price Very very pleased. Our previous spa was left at our previous home when it was sold. Once it was put in place, which we needed help as we are both 74, my husband easily did the wiring and it was ready to go. Our previous spa was purchased to alleviate leg cramps that he has gotten due to multiple surgeries. He now has arthritis in his back and he has noticed more comfort at night from both.

This spa does not come with any electric parts at all. The last spa we had came with all the equipment and supplies needed for the electrician. Be prepared to spend an extra $500-$700 on getting the spa ready to be plugged in. Additionally, you must get the spa to your backyard or final destination. We were able to get the delivery guys to bring it to our backyard but had to pay for that too. We were relieved to get it to our backyard, it is HUGE. You can fit 7 people, it heats up SO fast (4 hours max), I am just worried about our first electric bill. Overall, we are thrilled. Get this spa when it is $1000 off so you have that $1000 to spend on other things.
