GREAT HOT TUB FOR THE PRICE.

I BOUGHT IT IN AUGUST, AND IT WAS DELIVERED IN MID SEPT JUST LIKE ADVERTIZED. IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOT TUB, IT HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO INCLUDE THE 3 HORSEPOWER DUAL SPEED PUMP, IT HAS PLENTY OF POWER IN THE JETS UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING PUSHED OUT OF THE SEAT WITH PRESSURE. QUALITY IS FINE AND IT HOOKED UP EASILY WITH THE ELECTRICAL. IT IS A LITTLE SMALL TO SAY IT FITS 6-7 BUT ACTUALLY ALL THE 6-7 SEAT HOT TUBS ARE THAT UNLESS YOU SIT WITHOUT YOUR LEGS OUT. ITS JUST RIGHT FOR 4 ADULTS THAT WANT TO STRETCH OUT. OR 2 ADULTS AND SOME KIDS. I BOUGHT THIS ON THE $2999.00 SALE AND IM ACTUALLY GOING TO WAIT TILL ITS THAT AGAIN AND BUY ANOTHER ONE AND KEEP IT ALL WRAPPED UP NICE ON THE PALLET, LIKE IT IS SHIPPED, SO I HAVE ANOTHER ONE DOWN THE LINE WHEN THIS ONE WEARS OUT 5-10 YEARS. THATS STILL ALOT CHEAPER THAN PAYING THE 7500-10000 THAT THE DEALERS WANT FOR THE SAME THING. I WOULD TELL ANYONE THAT IS SKEPTICAL OF BUYING A BIG PURCHASE ON LINE AND WAITING AND HOPING IT SHOWS UP.. THAT THIS WAS A GOOD WAIT, AND IM VERY GLAD I TOOK THE CHANCE.

We love our hot tub!

We have had our hot tub for a few weeks and really love it! The price was great and we don’t have any complaints! Its not super large, but plenty of room for the two of us, and you could easily have two couples or a few kids too but there just isn't a lot of leg room! We have it outdoors and plan to use it year-round! The jets are great too! Some reviews thought the jets weren't powerful enough, but we are very happy with them! You can adjust that depending on how many seats you have turned on at a time! The waterfall and colored lights are cool also! Overall, we are so glad we bought this hot tub!

Received the tub early

The tub is exactly what I expected. Once you order your hot tub, then you won’t hear another thing until Ceva Trucking calls to schedule a time and day for delivery. I was happy with the delivery time because it came 3 weeks early. The delivery guy was fabulous and went out of his way to accommodate me. The actual manual to the tub was seriously lacking, but you can get online and look for Lifesmart Coronado frequently asked questions to help you.

Good Value

The spa took close to 4 months to deliver, it came several weeks later than expected but with COVID its understandable. The set-up was easy and its been very enjoyable. We are first time hot tub owners so I have nothing to compare it to. It stays consistently hot even with the temps going down. The biggest PRO is the price for a seemingly good quality hot tub that does the job. The CONS are that I wish there were cup holders or a level place to place drinks, the surface is rough which is a little uncomfortable if you aren't in shorts, and I cant figure out how to turn off the waterfall, there is no valve as explained in manual.

Hi, Melissa! The surface should not be so rough that it is uncomfortable, if there are any particularly sharp spots we recommend rubbing it down with something flat like the bottom of a glass bottle. We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying your new spa! --Happy soaking!

Nice Hot Tub

We really like this Hot tub, our old one had a wood exterior and was falling apart after 14 years, and the fiber glass tub was cracking. The acrylic tub and exterior on this tub will look and last longer. This tub doesn't have real powerful jets, but some can be turnoff down or off to get a more powerful stream. We didn't use the jets a lot on our old one so this is fine with us. Also, I believe the way the jets on this tub are set up they will last longer than on the first one. These jets are stainless steel and the other one had plastic jets. I believe this was a good buy. I didn't give it a five only because of the power of the jets

Great value when found on sale.

Purchased to replace an older spa which was also 220. Delivered to my driveway. I used a moving pallet and a couple of neighbors to move it onto existing slab. Easy hook up, if you are prewired. Shimmed to level. Well packaged, no damage. No problems.

Pandemic purchase...winter is coming.

We’d been considering a hot tub for a few years now...we have kids who love water and there’s nothing better than relaxing in the evening in a hot tub. We wanted a low cost spa because we couldn’t stomach spending $10K+ on one. Spa took a few weeks longer to arrive than expected to the driveway (plan on flexibility), and I hired a specialty mover to get it to the backyard. The $ you save on a big box store tub involves more “work” on the customer end...electrician to install the outlet ($$) and a mover to move to the backyard ($) or give the delivery guys cash to do it (which I wasn’t sure they’d agree to so I hired some it’s else). If you have access to a pallet jack, it comes sideways on a pallet so you could probably get it to the backyard easily with 2 folks. I think the fancy spa stores would also fill and start up the tub for you with initial chemicals. So if you’re more of a DIYer, this is the cheap way to enjoy some hot tubbing. My one complaint about the actual spa...the big manual flow valve makes lots of noise when opened fully so we set it at low to medium flow. I called and asked the company, and they said that’s just how it is. Oh well. Not a deal breaker for us.

Great SPA

Seems well made, nice and clean in the equipment access area. Plenty of room for maintenance such as winterizing. Jets are powerful and will lift you off of seat, depending on how the diverter value is set. Heats up and holds temperature nicely. All and all nice addition to the yard.

3-4 person hot tub not 7 as advertised

Great value at $3,000. Not worth 3.5+k. It’s not a 7 person at all. A 4 person you can call it. Looks nice on the outside for sure. Jets are great. LED lights inside are great. Inside is a little rough like sand paper but not that noticeable. Jets can not all be on full blast but that’s fine. Overall a great hot tub besides the fact that they advertise its a 7 person when it’s hard to even get 4 adults inside. 4 adults under 6 feet tall may be ok but still the legs will touch. 7 kids under 5 years old could fit....also very shallow. Only holds 280 gallons. The hot tub specialist thought I had a 2-3 person hot tub when I told them it was 280 gallons. Overall for the price it’s a good deal. Just wish they did not advertise it as a 7 person, it seems like false advertising as this product in nature is hard to return.

Could be better

First I have to admit that I generally don't like negative reviewers. I usually write them off as people with bad luck or lack understanding of how to use the product. Unfortunately I'm going to be the negative reviewer here. Maybe I had a case of bad luck but the circuit board on the spa went bad in about four days. Luckily customer service (thank you Wayne) was very helpful and they overnighted a new circuit board along with two free filters for my trouble. Now I consider myself intermediate as far as electronic adeptness goes, so I was able to swap the boards myself and get the spa working again. Otherwise it would have been a week or so before a technician could have done it. Anyway to make a long story short, I swapped out the boards and the spa is working again. Since Watkins makes these hot tubs and I bought it on sale for only $3,000 I sort of chuckled to myself at the "fools" who go to the spa dealers and pay $8,000+ for hot tubs made my Watkins. I imagined some factory worker making Lifesmart and Caldera / Hot Springs spas side by side with the same parts and just stamping different names and cosmetics on the outside. Unfortunately that was a daydream, reality is different. You get what you pay for here! Inside this spa I see pipes being held by zip ties, fairly thin and rough textured shell, plastic support framing... It's a bare bones hot tub. Watkins for the most part, knows what they're doing so it heats water and the plumbing gives you some decent jet action. I would have rated this a 4 but having to swap out the circuit board, even if this was just a fluke, costs 2 stars. Anyway I hindsight I almost wish I was the "fool" that went to the spa dealer and overspent on a upgraded hot tub. Oh well the savings could be put to good use somewhere.

Hello! We are so happy to hear that Wayne was able to assist you by overnighting a new control panel and two free filters. Our spas are quite different from other brands as they are designed to be portable, affordable, and extremely energy efficient while providing you with hot, bubbly, relaxing soaks. We are sorry to hear that it didn't quite meet your standards. We hope you are still able to enjoy your LS600DX for years to come. --Happy soaking!
