This is a great Hot Tub for the money. We priced them and for what we paid was very reasonable. Each seat serves a different muscle group. My husband loves it. This is great for him since his hip replacement. Highly recommended.

We've had the Primo 65 for about 2 weeks, and we love it. It was easy to set up and get started, and the quality is great. My kids really enjoy the light and waterfall features, and the cover lift makes life much easier. The seating capacity is perfect.

Got this delivered and installed on 6/15. Curbside of course. But had lined up a company to bring it to the back yard to its final resting place. Put the hose in and it heated up quite quickly. Holds the temp VERY well. Still learning settings. Downside would be that there are no "shelves" to place a drink on the edge as it falls right in lol. While it is able to fit 6 people, the settings are such that if you want powerful jets, then only 2 opposite corners work, and the other jets shut down. However, for all to work, the knob is placed in the middle, and the power of the jets isnt as strong. For us, the corners are fine. Would rather have the powerful jets than distributing the force to all, decreasing the force of the jets.

It took 6 weeks for our spa to come... the shipping was horrible and they did not know how to ship an item of this size. The spa is great! Basic model but great size and works great for the money! Fits my family of 5 great and kids love the lights and waterfall! Holds up well with kids!

We got this a few weeks ago, but just now got the electricity hooked up & filled it up. It’s very nice! There are plenty Of jets & they have power, but you can adjust them too. The water fall is a nice touch! The lights are pretty at night. My kids have enjoyed it & been in it every day since it was ready to go. Definitely a great purchase at a great price. It is very heavy, so it was a little challenging to get it from the front driveway to our backyard area. It took about 7 guys to carry it get it in place. It is heavy, so make sure you have plenty of help to move it & plenty of dove to put it where you want to. So far, we love it!!

Purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was sooner than quoted and went very smoothly. We just got the hot tub set up and were able to use for the first time. It seems to be an excellent purchase for the price. It has all the features we need. It heated quickly, the jets are powerful. We love the waterfall and lights. The only negative is that it really does not seem to be big enough for 7 people. We had four adults in it comfortably and there may have been room for one more and a couple of smaller children but definitely not 7 adults.

I read the reviews before purchasing and there was one of the reviews that was a bit misleading. There is absolutely no way that I can see only two people moving that thing (without equipment of some sort) unless they are Hulk like body builders. We had four strong men move it and it wasn't all that easy. Even the two guys delivering it needed a bit of help to get it off of the truck since they didn't have a pallet jack. The unexpected expense was the expense to get it wired up correctly. I should have researched that further, but it still probably would have happened anyway. It cost right around $1000.00 for a licensed electrician to come out here to run the proper wire all the way from the box to the location that we wanted the hot tub and add the right stuff to make it operable. Delivery was in the timeframe promised and it looks great. I think that the pressure of the jets are perfect. We are still working on learning the right chemicals combination and figuring out the temperature settings as I'm not positive that it is working as it should be and I might have to call the company. But, it could also be that we are newbies to owning a hot tub and we need to read the dang book...lol. I am still very pleased with the purchase. We have only had it for about two weeks.

So far so good. I agree with everyone that this is not a 7 person you would be sitting on top of each other. 4 comfortable I’m happy with everything is a low dollar spa but I think a great bang for the dollar. 2999 with free shipping and a cover.
