This was the meat for our superbowl party. It was great quality and cooked up really nicely. We seasoned it with our preferred rub and added barbecue sauce and it was very tasty.

ive made ribs many times. marinate them for 3 days. seasoned. then homemade bbq sauce, then at end baby rays on top for last 20 min. in foil on grill or in oven at around 200 to 220 degrees and they usually come out falling off bone. these however, were very chewy and gamy tasting maybe sams changed the meat supplier for these but i will not buy again. i am surprised bc i buy the sirloin tip knuckles to make chopmeat. i buy beef loin roundfor steaks and have bought skirt steak and has all been great.
