BEST ever baby back ribs! Remove back film, salt and pepper, cover tightly with foil in a shallow pan. Cook at 325 for 2.5 hours, uncover, favorite BBQ sauce both sides back/forth for another half hour. Done!!

I have been routinely buying my Baby Backs at Sams for several years now. My two last "ribfests" with a few family members had them remarking how meaty they were. I don't want them too meaty, a little fat adds flavor. But these ribs seem to always strike a perfect balance.

We buy baby back ribs from Sam's Club periodically. The ribs on this particular purchase were very meaty and enjoyable to eat once properly cooked. We will purchase these again!

We always buy our ribs at Sam’s Club, never an issue. This time, we had one really good rack and the other, just really large, extremely tough and took hours longer than the smaller normal looking ribs. We couldn’t even eat it. The review of 3 stars was for only for this purchase as solicited.

Bought them because they were discounted. Average quality. Nothing stands out. I had much better but if nothing else is available, these will feed you up.

The ribs were bad. We sat down to dinner and there was an awful dirty feet smell to the pork. I'm just glad we didn't try to eat them. Needless to say, we had to throw them out and order a pizza for dinner. We buy a lot of meats from Sam’s club, but this is scary. The meat department needs to be more careful when packing the meats & discard it if it smells or looks bad.

Item was cooked 3 days prior to the use-by date. But when I tasted the finished product, I knew immediately that they were bad. The smell when I opened the package should have been a sign, but I hoped I was wrong.

This is my 2nd time purchasing the Baby Back ribs and once I've gotten them home to clean the meat they had a rotten smell so I had to turn back around and return them. They weren't frozen. Perhaps the refrigerator is not cold enough where they are. My co worker also purchased ribs that she had to toss in the garbage around Thanksgiving. They cost to much to just throw away. This issue really needs to be addressed
