BEST ever baby back ribs! Remove back film, salt and pepper, cover tightly with foil in a shallow pan. Cook at 325 for 2.5 hours, uncover, favorite BBQ sauce both sides back/forth for another half hour. Done!!

I have been routinely buying my Baby Backs at Sams for several years now. My two last "ribfests" with a few family members had them remarking how meaty they were. I don't want them too meaty, a little fat adds flavor. But these ribs seem to always strike a perfect balance.

These baby back ribs are a fantastic value! If you are firing up your smoker and want to do some ribs, you couldn't make a better purchase than this 3 pack of baby back slabs. The silverskin is so easy to remove. They are meaty and have just the right amount of fat.

I wanted to love these. And they were tasty. My husband slow cooked them in the smoker. They were absolutely tender, just a little too fatty for me personally.

Wasn't butchered correctly. Had to trim quite a bit to get correct cut without bone bits above the rib bone. I can tell it was done with a machine and no care given at all.

Item was cooked 3 days prior to the use-by date. But when I tasted the finished product, I knew immediately that they were bad. The smell when I opened the package should have been a sign, but I hoped I was wrong.

The ribs were bad. We sat down to dinner and there was an awful dirty feet smell to the pork. I'm just glad we didn't try to eat them. Needless to say, we had to throw them out and order a pizza for dinner. We buy a lot of meats from Sam’s club, but this is scary. The meat department needs to be more careful when packing the meats & discard it if it smells or looks bad.

DO NOT BUY THESE! This is the 2nd time we buy ribs, open the cryovac package and it smell like rotten meat! Disgusting!!

This is my 2nd time purchasing the Baby Back ribs and once I've gotten them home to clean the meat they had a rotten smell so I had to turn back around and return them. They weren't frozen. Perhaps the refrigerator is not cold enough where they are. My co worker also purchased ribs that she had to toss in the garbage around Thanksgiving. They cost to much to just throw away. This issue really needs to be addressed

Purchased on a Saturday to smoke on a Sunday. Opened the package and the ribs were all stuck together and the smell was awful. Saw they should have been sold days before. My bad for not checking the date to be sold. I will now on check dates. I trusted Sam's to pull old product. Placed them in the garbage.
