Got these ribs a handful of times. Wether marinated or straight from the bag with some dry rub and to the smoker for a few hrs... Always good.

I was very impressed with how tender they were. I've been ordering from a meat distributor but I do think these are better

I bought this to make smoked baked bean. This pork cut comes with a lot of take. I use this pork for added taste to different dishes.

Can't beat these for the money. Great quality and you have enough to either feed a lot of people or make multiple meals. I usually cook one rack and freeze the other two.

Best ribs anywhere!!! I cook these in an Orion cooker(look it up...fantastic smoker/cooker...takes about 2 1/2 hours & they are very meaty & fall off the bone tender!!!

SC always has excellent meats. I purchase all of my meats from here. I do a lot of smoking and grilling. Quality and prices are better than the local grocery stores.

Marinated in beer with bay leaves and minced garlic, baked meat side down, covered and vented 2 hours 330°. Uncover and not drained, meat side up, top with bbq sauce, and baked 350° 45 minutes.

Very meaty but whoever processed the meat did a poor cutting it. I bought 4 slabs and there was numerous small bones in the meat that I had to remove. I have bought these ribs for years and never had a this problem.

I ordered three already, there are two ribs in a pack. In all of them one ribs are great, meaty and the second is bone and just little bit of meat, the cut wasn’t right there was bone from cervical column

Second only to bacon, ribs are fantastic food! Not recommended for first dates, they're perfect for a hungry family eating over an old tablecloth. Member's Mark ribs are tender and meaty...be sure to change before you start eating!
