The clarity of the picture is amazing, between that and the size it's like having the people in our living room, acting on a stage just for us! I haven't hooked up my Switch yet, but am looking forward to play video games with life sized characters!

The new high definition capabilities we are looking forward to in the future, But most important to the acquisition was the installation instructions offered by telephone contact with the gentleman who told us is name was Marvin. His courteous assistance had our television operating within 10-15 minutes. His knowledge was valuable to help two seniors.

We auditioned 2 other 43” TVs before we purchased our LG. Neither of them gave a clear on-screen picture. What a difference we see with our LG! We couldn't be more pleased. The LG is about the same price as the other TVs we auditioned, but it is far superior.

I've had this TV just over a month, and have been very pleased with the quality of the picture. Some of the controls both on the screen and TV are difficult to understand and use at time, however I'm getting use to the difference from the previous set

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. The picture is fantastic, when the picture appears. My TV viewing is all streaming (YouTube TV, Netflix, etc). For a new model smart TV, it can take up to 5 minutes for the app to load and play. It is not a WiFi issue as I have 1 gig fiber optic. Once it's loaded and streaming, the picture is awesome.

This is my first LG Tv, but I'm very satisfied with the overall profile, the brightness and the resolution. The Tv very thin, fit perfectly on my cabinet andIt was very easy to hook up. As for the picture, I love that I have no issues I. The middle of the day and it looks beautiful at night. I've had some sissy's with the remote and the app, but that's probably just user error

I would highly recommend. Looks great day or night, and sounds good too without needing much of a stereo. (Although I wouldn't mind getting a sound at and sub woofer)

I bought this tv because the picture quality from the store. It was easy to set up once we got it home. I love the picture quality. I also like the app support availability. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV keeps reverting to “STORE” mode” which continually shows the Brand and Model number in boxes on the screen. This box moves randomly to different places on the screen which interrupts normal viewing. Also, I called LG at 6:30PM to discuss this unresolved (already called once). Couldn't understand the Representative so I asked for a supervisor—he hung up on me—probably because one of the questions on the LG survey asked if the rep could be clearly understood. When I called back a different rep told me all supervisors had gone home but he would have one to call me back. Supervisor NEVER called back and problem with TV still exists.
